Someone mentioned a couple of weeks ago something quite important .
We need immigration. We always have . The problem comes when mass immigration leads to non integration and ghettos, where whole communities live separately and do not integrate . Apologies to whoever posted it but it's bang on and I've borrowed it , kind of.
There are people who were born here and have lived all their lives here but don't speak English. They don't integrate because they don't see the need. That's not particularly good.

I don't see how unless you find some way to force people who may well have been born here out of the county or you find a way to stop people having kids you're going to be able to change anything
