The thing that concerns me is the amount of money invested in this lot. They have to start showing their worth or resale values will plummet and we will be back shopping at Lidl. Or is that necessarily a bad thing ?
Simple really give them the tool that makes the whole team tick even if it's not fitting Doug's model, bloody leadership and experience, just down the m69 m

I'm not convinced that's true to be honest. The players looked completely lost and we're getting slated by the away end at Rotherham.

Today was no different to last October/Early November.

Let's not forget, we ended a 4 game losing streak in November against Stoke last season and we're a point or so above the relegation zone.

It's infuriating that we've started the season in the same manner.
I was at both those games. Players were slated at Rotherham for being shit not for lack of effort

Seeing this a lot

Let's be honest we need to win both

Yes, neither of them are push overs but it's fucking Blackburn and Sheffield Wednesday at home
Blackburn are 3rd and we're playing poorly. Call 'em f"ckin Blackburn all day long- doesn't make them any less than a confident team at the moment .

Really!? Rotherham was worse than today. It was a seriously low point. Haji and Simms were getting pelters for their efforts.

Agreed it was the lowest point of the season. But we had easy chances that night that we just didn't put away ( Wright and Simms being the main culprits) . The pelters were because they were dire.

We were dire and the team looked lost and lethargic. I still think it's worse than today.

I haven't seen today's game.

Always been a huge MR fan, but if it's true that we are failing on so many levels (energy, positioning, tactics, heart, desire, cohesion and lack of effort etc ) and the players are starting to fall out on the pitch, it's never a very good look is it and you have to, unfortunately, start to point a finger at the manager.

As I say, I haven't been watching, but if all the above is true, it does kind of point to possibly losing the dressing room.

I do believe we have strengthend this season. They're just not showing it though and with heads dropping, it's a massive worry

Lose the next two after this and the pressure truly will be on.
If he is losing the dressing room I would take a guess at Kitching being an instigator no proof but he is a loose cannon

I’m sorry but the Adi lovin also need to stop. It’s nothing to do with it.

It’s about the players available and poor recruitment.

Agree about the first 2 but I think EMC will come good.
Doesn't help him keep being played on the left which it looked as though Robins had stopped doing but he clearly wanted to send Wright a message today.

That's where EMC played for Peterborough.

With respect how do you know that Adi couldn't have got more out of these players than his replacements? All I can see is a fractured disjointed effort game after game with little in the way of obvious tactics.

Haven't read most of the thread but the comments about Adi could be right. Are any of the new coaches getting into the players? Digging them out for poor performances or lack of effort? I imagine not. I imagine they are all trying to be bezzy mates in their own ways and get them on their side. From the outside looking in, we don't need a Claire fucking Performance Director, we need an Adi fucking Viveash.

First visit to Elland Road for me today though and loved the old school ground vibes. Pisses all over the stadium bowl in a retail park shite. Nothing else to add about the poor performance.

Leeds were very good. Their pressing first half would've made Klopp proud.

They backed off a bit in the 2nd half but it's shame we haven't got any one that can play a killer ball...or beat a man....or shoot from range...we're good at playing sideways though.
