No experience, no leadership, new messages, key injuries and it was only 14 games in with decent results against top opposition only just prior to the sacking. Add in that we now have no direction and the players are on a rudderless ship. We'll never know, but there are mitigating factors.

If we sacked everyone behind the scenes at the club who wasn’t up to it we’d have not much left tbh, but that’s what you get with a modern system reliant on a huge staff.

This is the overall problem i think. Whoever was responsible both playing and non playing staff had a huge turnover with most being at that level for the first time in their career. Lots of blind leading the blind going on I’d imagine. And lots of lost knowledge.

Well yeah she’s the director of performance so she gets data for analysis and for sports science(fitness) basically acting as the boss of our sport science and analysis departments.

Got to be careful about rumours as we all know. But fair enough each to their own. Wish the club would do more interviews so there was less blind spots
