Il tell you what as I've seen you consistently say this , il bet you 300 pound to any charity of your choice that we do not go down
I do not gamble and certainly not on that scale. My view has been we're in a scrap to stay up, not that going down is a certainty.

It's certainly a stronger possibility than suddenly charging up into the top 6.

If you think we’re relegation “fodder” you can get 22/1 on us going down with Sky bet. There’ll be better odds out there too.

All you drama queens put your money where your mouth is, lump on or shut up.
I actually agree with you for once

Lampard has came in talking about exciting, attacking football, but his first task needs to be to sort us out defensively
The fact we are shipping 2 goals per game is a fucking massive issue, while obviously nothing to do with him he's at the helm now and that is clearly the biggest job he's got on his hands
Obviously changes take time but a simple personnel change might just help for now. Bidwell needs to be in, even though I don't think he's been very good, Dasilva is complete shite. Also think Kitching should get a go over Binks for a while.

Yeah, he has to be given the chance now. I am not at all convinced by Kitching, but if we are shipping in a couple of goals every game, something has to change.

Mate you relaxed so much under robins I feel like you're slipping back into panic mode like years ago 😂

He's from canley so it's possible

Moved to block 27 in the second half to sit with a mate as my old man is away. Fuck me, never again. It feels like people in different parts of the ground complain about different aspects of the games. Shit view too.

Last post now because I’m borderline spamming.

My outlook will probably be clear and sensible by morning. Not on Milan van Tosspot though.

If you mean the COVID season when I first started getting depression? Sure. Go before that season and you won't see much panic.

I joined this forum during the Thorn relegation season FFS :ROFLMAO:

To be honest, not too worried loads of shite sides and if there’s a serious worry can see us spending decent in January.

Think Frank will get us going, just will need time to work with them imo. Enough there to be at worst mid table.

The view doesn't get better if you move.

Shit is shit no matter where or how you look at it.

So the big question is why?

Think we can all agree there’s no magic wand.

I do find our performances this season so baffling. I couldn't watch today's game, but from the sounds of the commentary, the match thread and the ratings, we were woeful.

But this season we have had the Tottenham performance (yes we lost, but the performance was good), Luton first half we were really good, just terrible defensively, Middlesbrough we were really good (before they had a sending off), second half at Sunderland....

Also, for me Simms has to start, he had an awesome game against Luton, picked up an injury and hasn't started since.

It amazes people can’t see what the issue is, you loose the amount leadership & characters in the dressing room we have in such a sort period of time it’s going to leave you with a bunch of youngsters without any backbone. Whilst he’s an excellent player, Sheaf is never a captain. Dropped the ball massively this summer not getting in 2/3 experienced heads to lead the dressing room

Yeah, said the same.

These are not bad players. They are good players playing poorly.

It's baffling.

It really does come across a bit like they can't be arsed.

Very odd.

Call it at the start of the season, WHITE SHORTS 🤮

Honestly 100% embarrassed by some of the comments and panic on here. There's potential in this squad, there's the January window and there's a brand new management team. Almost certainly this will not be our season but let's see what FL and team can do over the next 6 months and look forward vs. melt-downs and disparaging certain players if we are not winning. There has to be balance vs. the need by some to be constantly negative.

consistently shout your mouth off in panic mode ('relegate us now' being one of your best half way through a game) - and then turn down a bet. says it all.

I don't gamble because I once lost thousands to the habit. I said 'relegate us now' when in the midst of depression during the lockdown season.

Noted that you and ROS keep making light of those facts despite being fully aware of them. Twat.

The thing is if we deny the possibility and just assume that all will be fine it won't be. After that calamitous second goal today which we all knew was going in as soon as we backed off and the space opened up I thought for the first time that we're in a relegation battle if we don't sort this very quickly. I watched QPR before today's game and they were the better team against Watford. The teams below us are perfectly capable of picking up points (so are we) and will beat us if we give them 2 goals every game. I just can't work out what's gone so badly wrong so far this season - and saying 'we'll be fine' just won't sort it. Hurry up and get fit Haji

good players playing shite for 7 months, it really is not that baffling, without two or thee additions we are in a scrap to stay up.

One day you might actually own your comments and actions - just as a suggestion. Although not hopeful given all of the evidence.
