If it is Matondo as others have suggested, it's a decent bit of business IMO.

There is a player in there, but he's never been consistent enough, so it's a risk in that sense.

Matondo does offer something different on the wing, he's quick (as other's have pointed out) and has good technical ability, the fact that he cover both sides of the pitch as well would be a good degree of flexibility.

Matondo, Schlupp and Rak-Sakyi would be good business for us, although I would still like someone who can cover at CB/RB.

Could be wrong but it does sound like Robins was told to avoid them:

It isn’t unlike King to U-turn on his decisions so hopefully from now on we utilise that market. I’m sure Lampard already had that that with him anyway
