Theres pretty much nothing else I can say without spoiling something!
Be great if they recorded a performance for Telly

Watched a couple of courtroom dramas after getting the missus to watch 12 Angry Men (still the only black and white movie I’ve loved. I probably need to see more).

Time to Kill: Racists rape Samuel L Jackson’s nine year old so he kills them. Lawyer defends him on insanity plea. Enjoyed it as much as you can enjoy a movie with the KKK running about.

A Few Good Men: Probably don’t need to review this but I’d not seen it and it’s really good. Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are excellent.

Looking for any more courtroom drama movies.

Squid Game 2, is what it is. Won't live long in the memory but pretty fun as long as you turn off the dubbing.

Enjoying the annoying rapper character pop in and out of 'cool' English, so cheesy

He’s a pop star IRL or something I think. Suitably annoying, was v impatient for him to die.

Wonder if they might broadcast one of the final performances into cinemas. Would certainly be nice to have some record off it, especially if this is the final thing we'll have from Inside No 9.
I saw the other day there was a programme on the BBC, called Outside No. 10, which I thought might have been some kind of follow-up, but unfortunately when I stayed tune for it. it was just a news report from Downing St.

To Kill A Mockingbird, might be another for your B+W list as well

Don't watch Jurer number 2 unless you want to be pissed off at the end.

It was a double bill round Casa Dactyl last night…
First up, Blink Twice. It’s got Magic Mike in it and I actually thought was well worth a watch. I think would be interesting if you don’t read anything about it first (apart from this of course).
Next up…Rebel Ridge. A classic ‘stranger in town’ kinda vibe. Never seen the lead bloke before but thought he was very good and looks hard as fuck. Got Crockett from Miami Vice in it playing his obligatory southern sheriff type.

Get em watched! You’ve got yourself a good night in.

Watched the first couple of "The rig". Seems a bit mental, GCSE acting and half the game of thrones cast. Might watch some more in a bit!

Yeah, we all like Silo.

Finding the second season a tad wearying and a bit of a trudge though.

First season was much better.

Second series of Silo, is like watching two different things ( imo )

Sarah Ferguson as Juliette in the second silo, is really engaging and you identify with her character, however all of the other goings on in the original silo are just dull and don`t really hold your interest, so you`re not really bothered about any of the characters.

Doing a rewatch of The Shield. I forgot how good this actually is.

Apart from the whole series being one of the best cop dramas of all time, with one of the all time great anti heroes in Vic Mackay, the final episode is a template on how to finish a series with a proper bang. ( as horrible to watch as it is )

I always thought an episode from
The perspective of the neighbours at number 7 or 11 would of been interesting

The Verdict (1982), with Paul Newman. Also, Witness For The Prosecution, a b&w movie from the 50's.

Oh and My Cousin Vinny, too. 😁

Loved my cousin vinny.

Watched one flew over the cuckoos nest last night. Didn’t know the story and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was OK, enjoyable but felt it didn’t go particularly deep on anything. Might read the book now though.

Started watching Beast Games with the kids last night... A Bit like Suid Games the challenge, but a little more PG. First episode was alright as it goes

Presumed Innocent?

The Apple TV series remake probably has more courtroom stuff in it than the original movie - unbelievably hammy but enjoyably bonkers.

Just binged this while I was working. Really good, had no idea where it would end up.

Champions

On Netflix. Woody Harrelson as a disgraced NBA coach sentenced to community service coaching adults with intellectual difficulties (eg Down syndrome). Team is played by actual disabled people.

Very heartwarming, I enjoyed it.
