knowing Sisu they have already borrowed against the new proposed stadium and we are already a 100million in debt.

And I bet there are shares in the stadium but no-one knows quite where they are.

How much more proof do you need??? Jesus Christ, you lot need to wake up! SISU have done there homework and they don't care about the fans.

Don't blame me when I say I told you so when the 3rd of August arrives

Still don't see people sticking up for them. If anything you are, "SISU have done their homework"
A lot of people would say they don't have a clue what they are doing. ;)

Proof, what proof? Someone saying something doesn't make it "proof" or "true". Just more hollow words from Fisher. Proof will be purchased land with a stadium sitting on it.

Anyway, must get back to bed; Kylie and Dannii are waiting for me. Did you see what I did there? I said it, so it must be true.

"Ok, ok, Kylie. I'm on my way". I don't know. Pop stars, eh?

Apparently Tim is looking to Draco Malfoy to take over from Pressley.

He promises mudbloods, sweat and tears to get the job done.

Your a prime example. Excuse every move SISU make. Anyone who excuses them just as bad

torch you must be deluded if you think we will be at the Ricoh on 3rd august but hey who cares. You and others don't.

What about my brick on the Ricoh, I don't want a brick on an entertainment centre.

What about the memorial garden?

What about Jimmys statue.

All a farce.

The new stadium could be built around the Balsall Common area. Once you leave from Eastern Green, Tile hill etc you are then outside of the Coventry borough.

Obviously there is a lot of Green belt etc, but it just shows that there is places in Coventry aren't in CCC.

certainly plenty of land around on solihull county council but meridian had a ten year fight to get a chippy so somehow I can't see a dirty great stadium popping up.. more likely to be Bedworth or rugby side of the city

Angry management? No just passionate about my club unlike others. 16 of us were at SISU headquarters in oct 11 before Millwall. Got laughed at. If only more fans showed fight

I just cannot see how slimey Tim's plan can work. There will be a huge reduction in fans attending 'home' games. They are cutting their noses off, and chucking their toys out of the pram. If SISU do go ahead it's the end of CCFC that is for sure and they will never get 'their' money back. I really hate what they have done to OUR club.

If you have to tell the press that your not posturing , in my eyes you probably are ! 60 mil down , in charge of a league div 1 club with no ground and a handfull of fans and you want to start a project to spend another 30 !------- I dont think so ------ I certainly wouldnt want my money in that hedge fund No , what they are building up for is either a big court case or a settlement with propective buyers . Keeping their options open!

I just cant see this new stadium happening.

For a start it has to be within the Coventry conurbation, therefore if its near the city border then CCC will still have grounds to object due to infrastructure issues (Nuneaton and bedworth council were involved with some aspects of the Ricoh being built).

Also why would any of the borough councils be so willing to deal with sisu? Its going to come under one of Rugby, Warwick district, or nuneaton and bedworth. All of which are going to be fully aware of how sisu operate. Why would they give planning permission for a stadium when they know the club is on its knees and may never get built? Also its likely that this new stadium would be too small which they would know. Makes it likely that the club would leave in another few years, leaving the council with a derelict stadium in its area.

How long can the club survive on gates of 2k whilst paying rent to a new landlord? The Ricoh took 8 years to build, there is no way the club will survive 8 years of being homeless.

This move will kill the club, anyone that supports this either doesn't understand that, or is a traitor assisting in the clubs demise.

First this is a stance Tim Fisher has to take, although this Golden Share is an issue according to an expert on CWR yesterday the more important thing to get and pass the FL "fit and proper" test is a guarentee as to where you intend to play for atleast the next 10 years and that has to be backed up with a million pound upfront bond and it has to be within Coventry, whether somewhere such as Bedworth would count i don't know. He is bound by strict rules and though he maybe for whatever reason SISU's prefered appointment he still has to ensure if the business is to be viable going forward a number of issues has to be met. I'm not flapping yet i think there's plenty more to occur yet.

Secondly there are 2 sites i can think of where a ground could be built both i wouldn't mind betting have atleast outline planning permission for business use. They are the old British Celenese plant behind the Parkstone club, not far from the Ricoh and plenty big enough and also there is the old Courtaulds site further down the Foleshill Road opposite Tower Court, so lets not get too blase about there is nowhere within Cov.

The crucial issue is which company is the football club, Ltd or Holdings, listening to Paul Appleton yesterday i got the feeling the decision he would like to take, Holdings, isn;t as straight forward as he hoped. Brenden Guilfoyle when interviewed on CWR seemed to suggest that Appleton although an experianced administrator this is his first football appointment and there are huge differences in that and normal cases

Why is he a idiot? Anyone who funds SISU after all this is partly to blame themselves. They need muppets to go the new ground share. If no-one does then they won't survive

You mean money that will have to go straight back into the club in the form of wages and the running costs of the club?

So, timmy has seen the leaflet this week that was dropped through ryton residents doors, including the training ground i imagine, that explained that the final part of the old Peugeot land is up for planning permission for "redevelopment for employment use" and thought maybe he could use that idea in his "all in good faith" press announcements. Maybe to counter the publicity sisu have been receiving this week from national media ?

Surely not, that would be just a knee jerk reaction wouldn't it. Not like timmy to do that.

do we still own ryton training ground i wonder ?
