I've highlighted the important bit for you.
I would think that all would turn their backs on the club if this turned out to be a permanent move.
32k every game at the Ricoh or 1.5k at sixfields, sisu won't invest.
To be honest i couldn't give a fuck anymore. I could probably name about 4 players out of our team these days.
I only go to the away games for a day on the piss and to catch up with old friends.
I didn't expect sisu to do us any favours this season and im not surprised by our pathetic low quality thin squad.

Is it as shameful as saying a group of tax payers should gift a valuable asset that belongs to them to a hedge fund based in a tax haven to enable them to turn it into profit for a much smaller group of people who probably have more combined wealth than the tax payers that gave it to them and most likely aren't based in the UK so therefore non of the profit comes back to the tax payers in any shape or form meaning that they get screwed twice.
Because that's about as shameful as it gets.

I'm sure they only want to support the team, but everyone's actions has consequences. Theirs is they are supporting the concept of CCFC playing there.
This whole thread was about boycotters are damaging the team. Which I accept they are.
However I'm starting to get a little pissed off with the suggestion that I should feel guilty about damaging the team because I'm doing what I believe is right, whilst 1500 Neville Chamberlains can quite happily go off to Sixfields guilt free.
YOU CANT HAVE IT BOTH WAYS.

I understand that by boycotting home games at sixfields turnover is lower.
However I still do not understand how the reaction to an action can be blamed? It wasnt our choice to go to sixfields?
If sisu were serious about proving they are in this for the long run they would be trying to keep the fans happy at every oppurtunity.
As always it is the fans who have to bend whilst the others stand firm.

While I understand your point it is a matter of record that SISU are litigious.
Having allowed a move for (up to) 5 years there could be a strong case that making it permanent is the next step. If things with the Ricoh and / or new stadium don't go SISU's way they won't hesitate to resort to litigation to get what they want.

On and it won't happen because the council own the ground not Northampton.
If the FL asked the fans at the start of the season did we want Sisu and the club to carry on,, or to fold and start again in a lower league with new owners it would of been interesting to see the outcome. If you go to NTFC i'm ok with it if you stay in Cov i'm fine with that but i don't believe any stay away fans should be blamed for lack of investment just like those who go being blamed for helping Sisu hang around...
Time will give all the answers, time will solve all the issues, the problem is where will be go before all those that have played a part in this situation come clean and admit blame or mistakes...Fans of all opinion have been hurt but even the strongest Sisu fan cannot look to blame any fan for how poorly the business has been ran..TF was told 3000 would not turn up he was told the team would suffer ,,, his answer WE WILL COVER THE LOSSES, WE WILL BE COMPETITIVE AND YOU WILL ALL BE BACK, that's where the trouble is, not those who stay at home or go NTFC..

I would say that 47 points from 31 games is competitive, albeit we're currently a bit thin on the ground in the striking department at the minute.

Well there was a massive lack of investment before the boycott wasn't there? we were going to have a tiny paper thin squad that was going to suffer over winter and once injuries set in weather there was a boycott or not, sisu deliberately reduced their revenues to a tiny fraction of what they would have been. But yes we deliberately made it worse and can't really complain about lack of investment in January.
I do think we can criticise the fact that sisu have brought in the best part of 1.5mill with clark and the arsenal game but weren't sensible enough so spend a small percentage of that on making sure we had a reasonable player in each position. I think if we were calling for a mill to be spent on Clarks replacement then it's fair to say well you've been starving them so you have no right, however thats not what's happened and sisu have been so short sighted to have left us with a squad that could now get relegated when it wouldn't have taken much at all in January to insure there was no chance of that.
