But if you hand pick the crowd , you hand pick the answers, There is only one question I want answering , and that is how after building a new ground are sisu going to get a return on there outlay , now surely some one must have asked that

That is a major question to be fair.

All ML said in the radio was well we will climb the football pyramid.

I am estimating the club will owe around 75 million plus. (Just on current debt and stadium build)

We will need to get to the premiership to sell the club for that amount. So we are going to have to spend to get there.

I didn't hand pick the answers, I picked a few people who I thought could challenge and would challenge. Of course everybody on here wouldn't get their questions answered and I wish they could, which is why I try to pass details on so if any meetings happen, they can be involved
Fair point

I know you went to the meeting already with that opinion. Did the meeting further convince you off this?

Also what did you think if Mr Byngs viability?

I have already stated in the meeting myself and the other unnamed person totally dismissed the party line that the ground will be built. We told him it won't and we didn't believe it would. That's why a forum would be pointless as its the key question.

What response did that get from ML?

I don't feel left out, I feel lucky that I have better things to do in life than waste my time listening to prats like ML (and, come to think of it, replying to prats like you).

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Irony rocks. That's all.

I would have thought most peoples response, especially those who spend a fair amount of time on here, would be to at least mention you had met with someone. Even if it's just a "met with Joy, nothing new mentioned". It just seems odd that there was no mention of it at all. When it was queried if it was a 'secret meeting' some said no, others said they'd been asked to keep it confidential.

I used to have a manager who worked for me who would never tell his staff anything. Used to drive me mad, I kept telling him if you're not open with them it will be Chinese whispers and people assuming their own version of events or a worse case scenario and that's what's happening now.

Are you Nicks boss?!

The official line remains. However I said its never happening and it was pointed out it would be the most loss making stadium in football history.

I can't believe this thread is still going. If you think that your question is so important, PM Nick and go and ask it yourself. It's not that difficult a concept, is it? The amount of time some of you have spent moaning about it on here you could have arranged it, had the meeting and asked your very important question, downed a couple of pints and written a full and accurate account for everyone else on here to forensically analyse so that they can confirm their own prejudices.

Nick, any chance you can get ML to come down to Portsmouth or London and meet me, even better if he wants to meet at a fancy restaurant or bar and foot the bill. I promise I won't chuck a drink over him ;)

I'm in for a Portsmouth meeting...Tiger Tiger, Saturday night, Mojitos on ML!

* Not literally.

It is you are right, Fair play. Did it even knock him off kilter when both of you said no way will a stadium be built?

Did you even need to explain why?

SISU have never ever spent anything on a player to improve the squad. They are only interested in signing players that they hope than can sell at a profit in future!

We haven't a hope of getting out of this league whilst they are still in charge. We will continue to slide down the pyramid and it will be a miracle if we don't get relegated next year.

SISU have spent considerably more on legal costs (their own costs and re-imbursing others) in the last 12 months than they have on players in the last 3 years!

The Premiership? Ha Ha Ha!

No, it's not bollocks!

If you check the facts I think you will find that Eastwood, Bell and Glinghan were signed 5 years ago and Baker, 4 years ago?

Try again after you have apologised.
