Why should he share anything with you all you do is slag him off.

Look most of us don't give a shit about the details we just care about getting us back in Coventry before it is to late to turn back.

Has Michael obtained football league approval for a 3 year deal I'm the actual city boundaries? The rules state 10 years. I assume he has - perhaps he can share the correspondence with the Football League.

He often changes his tune. Used to suck the sisu cock daily - including when they didn't pay the rent. You'll never see one post from me saying well done sisu - Italia can't say the same.

I assume its why he's called Italia - changing sides to back the winning horse.

Another statement you can't back up and again more insults.

No because he doesn't care! all he is worried about is what are the details funny sisu have never ever given us any details but he backs them.
I'm only speaking hypothetically here Grendel but if this got the parties speaking or Sisu/Otium more open to a return to the Ricoh (even if it was temporary) then would you say well done to Michael?

The FL have already approved a temporary arrangement while sisu build never never land and they also forwarded on the 3 year offer ACL made last season through the FL to Sisu so you already know that they would have to approve it. But don't let that stop you trying to blow smoke up everyone's arse. If you keep proving yourself to be a wum and non ccfc fan you save me the bother of pointing it out.

Italia, I think the point to the offer was exactly what you said.

They most likely know sisu won't accept it so it shows them tolook mugs as it makes no sense to reject it in any shape or form.

I think that's the point and for me it has worked. Probaly also why TF won't give a reply today. They need time to think of how to reject it without making them look obvious. Unfortunately there isn't a way and it in turn makes people who go sixfields look like mugs also sadly.

It is was me I would say we will pay rent and match costs free for the next 3 years regardless of attendances etc as you won't lose any money. Sisu will have to reject it and looks fools yet again. Fans wouldn't go sixfields maybe then.

The thing is, if they saw the terms were really good it might stop them also ;) if it is shown to be a deal of.a lifetime for the club it will do the same thing.

I think what you need is a rent deal that Sisu can't refuse. While there are conditions in there, it will never be accepted or put it another way. There is room to find an excuse not to accept.

If the deal was kcic pay rent and match day costs. Sisu got all match day revenue, it would be hard to turn down and no paying back when the crowd is a certain attendance clause either.

Like has been said on today. Don't give them an excuse to turn it down otherwise it's no better than Hoffmanns offer.

Great post. Don't give them an option to turn it down. Sisu have dug the hole and this would dig a deeper one by rejecting Bennett's proposal.

Yeah, much better to stay in Northampton for fear of transgressing the tablets of stone that are the rules of the mighty Football League.

What a great idea tell you what we'll also get KCIC to pay the players wages, and pay off the debt as well, who do you want KCIC to buy:facepalm:

So who can afford to pay all the rental costs indefinitely and with no say in what happens or how the club is run?

You are talking about a couple of local business men not a multi national company, Arab,Russian or a hedge fund worth millions.

I think the point is sisu won't accept any deal that takes them back to the Ricoh. Surely this is obvious.

The only way they will come back is if they get the Ricoh in the cheap in one form or another. End of. Northampton is for a reason

All I'm saying is if there are clauses for Sisu to pay back the rent that kcic pay, then it's not really a rent free offer is it?

Just like Hoffmanns offer to me! Same as the American guys!

I think we may feature on Sunday potitics as there is a feature as to whether In hard pressed times LA's should support Football Clubs financially.

So that come back implies you think Michael is doing the same as SISU? The same thing that people are so angry about and that the newsletters rant about?

I see..

yawn yawn you bore

You ignore basic facts and have become an arrogant prick,

no wonder many people don't bother with this site now

I bet you were a school prefect. 24/7 ........get a life

That's exactly why I said we should be backing Michael on this in every way possible. Michaels offer doesn't have to stop there. There are other wealthy fans who could contribute financially to make the offer better. We could push ACL to accept a part payment of the rent up front and then spend the rest of the season raising money to pay the balance and hopefully raise enough for next seasons deposit and then spend all season raising the money for the rent again, collection buckets on the gate would be a good start. We could try getting some of the sponsors that dropped the club when sisu kidnapped the club and held it to ransom on board with donations. I'm sure there are dozens of ways we could make this happen. If we can get an arrangement where all sisu have to do is sell the tickets and get the team there how could they justify turning it down.

Nope, wasn't a prefect. Is that personal abuse? Nice one, you are cool. Nice to see the level you are working at.

Maybe you could just answer the questions then? Why is it arrogant to reply to you?

People don't bother because people seem to struggle discussing things and resort to abuse and then cry like girls when anybody says anything back.

I let them do that for themselves. Carry on.

Do you reckon this new stadium is a red herring then eh eh?

Is this new stadium a red herring?

Call it a hunch but yes it is a red herring. Although to be fair a did see a cartoon picture of it a few months ago so I could of course be wrong.

Michael hasn't just got up this morning and thought "I know a good idea" This has been thought through over a few weeks or months and timed hopefully correctly, the jist of the bid or proposal is good I think and clever, we have the result of this JR on the horizon and the timing hopefully is the key. Certain SISU will spurn this offer at the outset but by doing that hopefully opens negotiations, we need that to start a ball rolling. Am I bothered who these local business men are ? not really, all I know is these so called business people running my football team presently have stolen my team from my city simply because they can through spite and with no end game other than this mythical new stadium.

Perhaps a rent free offer to Sisu for the next 50 years might do the trick?
It seems a few souls on here think they should get pretty much everything else for free.
After all, they're such nice people aren't they. Least we could do.
A few of us could pop round to Tim's and wash his car for him.
