Michael. Will you and MysteryBusinessMan allow people to use Sixfields Season Tickets at the Ricoh when you are in charge?

Asking for a friend.

Why not just keep quiet about it all until sisu have responded, smacks of a publicity stunt.

You mean how sisu responded to the offer made through the FL?

How did that go again? Oh yeah sisu didn't respond. We only found out because David Conn broke the story. Sisu then denied any offer had been made. The FL confirmed that they had forwarded the ACL offer onto sisu. Sisu said no direct offer had been made and then made a load of half truth excuses of why they couldn't accept it never pointing out that it offered the club a better return than staying at suxfields.

Say what you want about the meat on the bone of the KCIC offer but if it was ever going to get a response from sisu you have to do it the way Micheal has done it.

I wouldn't. I would have spoken to ACL in the background and got a deal and made sure every excuse SISU used in the past was covered (let's not make it easy to just reject it straight off referring back to old excuses), I would have then put it all out there with a proper business plan with figures and everything from the off. If Tim Fisher replied with reasons I would reply to them, I would reply to people asking constructive questions and also take on board any constructive feedback (positive and negative). Nothing is ever perfect so if anybody on forums / Twitter etc had some great ideas I had missed I would take everything on board to get it as strong as possible rather than just completely ignore them.

Yes it may not be perfect, yes people will always disagree but everything would be taken on board!

Of course the figures would be open to negotiation, but I would have all of my calculations and workings out to throw at them and how I have taken all of their past reasons on board.

"You wanted pie money, I have managed to get 20p on every pie and 30p on every beer"
"You say ACL are mixing up match fees and rent well this long bullet list is covered by rent, this long bullet list is covered by matchday fees and this long bullet list is down to you"

I also wouldn't have done the whole 1987 and 35p thing for a cheap dig, I was either trying to be serious and do things properly or I wouldn't bother. I wouldn't have said 48 hours or I go to the press either where they have articles ready and waiting.

I wouldn't want it to be "blindly backed", I would want mistakes to be pointed out to be fixed rather than just accepting credit. It is like when your kid makes a mistake with spelling, you don't just tell them "well done" as you love them and don't want to upset them, you point out that it is wrong and how it is fixed.

It would to be odd to confirm he has an offer from acl (not disclosed) to offer sisu? Are you for real?

Are you stupid? Don't answer that one.

If Michael has a confidential deal with ACL and financial backing from business men who at this moment in time want to remain anonymous why would he come on here and tell you all about it.

He's contacted sisu and made them an offer. If they accept that offer then the terms effect the club and we'll all want answers. If they reject it and communicate why then the only question is what offer sisu want to release their hostage and how can everybody who loves the club help Micheal achieve that.

It's that simple. But apparently too complicated for you.

I don't even see the business men who want to remain anonymous as an issue to be fair.

If this is all top secret hush hush, then why run to the press?

That's how you would have done it hey?

Well of you go then. Get it done.

I'm sure grendull can do the PR for you and he has some minions to assist to.

Oh and by the way. If you do ever get from behind you're keyboard and get it done I will support you all the way. Because people who try to do the right thing rightly deserve support.

So I guess Rob S deserved lots of support did he?

Nice generic reply to a constructive post...again ;) The old "Do it yourself if you want to comment on anything" line.

ps. I wouldn't need him to do the PR, my theory would be that I could just post up the offer and let that do the talking.

Did I look a stupid fool when I backed Rob S too?

If backing people who are trying to do the right thing makes you look a fool then I'm happy to be that fool. It's certainly better than the reasons you look a fool anyway.

I haven't been wound up though? I have asked constructive questions on a platform that the person who will know the answers is posting about the thing I am asking questions about.

Thanks for coming back to me. However, as you seem to be pushing Michael for an answer I am doing the same. Can you show me a thread where you have even asked half the serious probing questions of Sisu and their conduct compared to this thread?

I'm not going to answer, I am just going to moan that Michael doesn't answer but refuse to answer your questions ;)

Can I ask why I would be asking SISU probing questions on here though to SISU? I may as well ask them to my wall or chair. Wouldn't it be a pointless thing to do to write questions on here to SISU and actually think you would get an answer? Whereas Michael is actually on here peddling the propaganda?

Typical reply from you and your drones why don't you this why don't you that

Typical Fisher type of answer a question with a question we are treating them equally SISU haven't answered our Questions and nor has Michael so what is the difference?

you pressurise Michael and even the council yet leave sisu to do as they please?????????

You say you need more info on the deal for Michael to get a better backing!!!! well fuck me he has over 80% backing now if the latest poll is to be believed.

The other 16% will never be swayed the same ones who moan about every type of protest and who go to Sixfields, they are obviously happy with our current situation, just be honest and admit it.....

I have said many times I think the stadium is bullshit in my opinion because of the lack of facts, so this offer should be treated the same?

More to the point, why aren't you treating them equally rather than defending with the "It's ok, as SISU do the same thing".

So you are saying that Michael is doing the same as SISU, exactly the same as people hate and protest about? So why aren't you treating Michael like SISU?

If asking simple, constructive question is pressurising then what happens if Michael is stuck between SISU and ACL?

I think the way people feel the need to actually defend against simple questions shows the faith they have in the offer, otherwise surely they would just let the offer do the talking rather than the "No, you can't ask Michael anything". If this offer is amazing, just sit back and watch these nasty people asking questions just get blown away when the details of the offer are released.

Why are people getting so worked up over basic questions being asked? I could understand if people were sat here calling Michael names etc but by asking constructive questions people seem to get their knickers in a twist and their only answer is "Well SISU don't answer question either".

The other 16% will never be swayed the same ones who moan about every type of protest and who go to Sixfields, they are obviously happy with our current situation, just be honest and admit it.....

Ahhh but it is SISU who try to divide fans isn't it? Only SISU.

80% fans think it should be accepted without knowing the terms, are these the same fans backing SISU when they took over? Probably the same as when Thorn was in charge as well and it was cool to like Thorn and just blame "Gelling".

Don't you think as fans we should be cynical and cautious? It may well be a fantastic offer by the way. I am just as cynical about the new stadium, until I see anything that convinces me otherwise it is bullshit as there have been no facts at all about it.

Wrong again Nick trying to put words into 80% of the fans mouths again......

What it the main reason people are protesting about Sisu for???????

Nothing to do with moving our club to Northampton! so if they answered our questions would we fill the ground every week?

Are we saying that the mighty hedge fund group can't afford to pay a reduced rent themselves? (supposedly offered in various guises) - and would rather be at Sixfields?
Back at the Ricoh would clearly be more cost effective but sadly that's not what the stance is about. So no derisory offer by anyone will change that view and help vitalise ACL again from their own despair.

Too many in this thread are void of the facts that got us here and the continuing stance by SISU.

Ownership in some form or other is not only a requirement for SISU but any future incumbent owner of CCFC. The sooner all sides realise that the sooner we can get back to the Ricoh. It requires burying the hatchet, compromise and finding a way forward for the sake of the larger community, the football club and all that it entails for the city.

If 80% of the fans want the club to accept it, they don't know the terms or the details so yes they are wanting SISU to accept when they (the fans saying they want them to accept) don't know any details about it (obviously unless they know more than most). I am not sure what words I am putting in their mouths?

Do you not think that as somebody who puts themself in front of the media unhappy with SISU not answering questions should really have showed SISU how to do it and done what he condemns SISU for?

I have no idea if the ground would be full if they answered the questions, it would depend on people's opinions of the answers wouldn't it? The lack of answers just makes them look bad.

People are getting so defensive, but they don't need to over constructive questions do they? I can totally understand if people are out of order about it, but when people get snappy over simple questions or try to divert attention away doesn't that give you a clue on what they think the answers might be? Otherwise, they just let the answers do the talking.

Michael has done very well highlighting our plight, he has done so whilst getting plenty of unwarranted criticism in the past.

As it stands though this offer doesn't stack up. Why mention the £1m backing, it will never be needed, crowds will be over 5,000.

How could SISU accept an offer when they don't know the cost?

SISU have previously turned down a free rent offer, how is Michaels deal better than that?

I'm prepared to offer to pay the rent if the crowd is less than 5,001 (excluding cup games, I'm not that stupid), I haven't spoken to ACL about this though, so have no idea how much it will cost. I'll give SISU a very tenuous 20 minutes and 27seconds to accept what you'll agree is a far better offer than that of Michael's.

That sisu have fucked this club, sorry will leave that to you and your band of brothers!

You're right and compromise is needed by ALL sides and that includes Sisu. They can show willing by initially taking a rental offer to get us back at the Ricoh with a caveat that serious and meaningful talks are held to establish some sort of ownership.

I think the way see it is that if then ACL are their landlords, it gives ACL a massive advantage with negotiations doesn't it?

Well... depends what the scope of negotiations are, doesn't it.

If it's a set temporary rental deal, especially positioned at a value that benefits neither ACL nor club unduly, then it's effectively a holding deal. If they then negotiate what the negotiations will revolve around:rolleyes: then they can move forward... hopefully!

Brief mention in Saturday's Sun. Imagine nationals won't deem there to be a newsworthy story until sisu hopefully reply with an in principle 'yes' (??)
