Tony, I can let you have it because while facts never get in the way of certain posters on here I spoke to ML on the phone as well as several texts and emails. If ML was agreeable I'd be happy for it all to be put in the public domain

I'm intrigued as to why the Friday statement from kcic? If the group is in talks to ML then they obviously have some weight on the situation. What happens after Friday? No action = no credibility with SISU?

And for that matter, negotiations may not have been publicised, but I'd never take that as "no negotiations" -if things can happen in person and not via public statement, that has to be a good thing

In my view it is a waste of time. The offer only applied to gates below 5,000 so no offer.
My view was it was only there so Kcic can produce a cheap headline along the lines of "sisu turn down the Ricoh and double the attendance for free".
I may be wrong of course but Michael never gives details of the offer.
Is there any reduction for gates over 5,000? If not what is the motivation for the offer?
These aren't pro sisu "shouty type" questions but legitimate concerns regarding specifics of the deal he was only too pleased to put in the public domain.
