After spending 3 hours stuck on the motorway I now get this news what a great Friday night - haven't felt this pissed off for a long time. Just hope Hoffman can sort the mess out because if not the slow death of this once proud club that we all love will continue unabated.
Only hope is that story is garbage - surely if bid had been withdrawn Dulieu would have been all over Offal with a gloating statement - or am I just clutching at straws?

I couldn't dream this stuff up.
This was our only chance to give us a fighting chance of survival. Can't believe Hoffman overlooked this if it was true, what an idiot if the reports are true.

I know its only the Sun, but that article makes the bidders sound like a bunch of fucking morons. God this has riled me up. It basically suggests the story is true, because a newspaper wouldnt print a story like this out, as if it was found incrrect they would have to release a full apology. And they arent going to do that over a story they say they have "investigated" .

Scaremongering headlines again.
If rules have been breached by the bids proposal then the bid must be officially withdrawn and a new bid placed with out the breach of league rules. They will ave a time period to do this. They did not do their homework very well did they?
As for admin talk again....that's rubbish so chill everyone.

Lets face it folks we know nothing, and we're fighting over the bones dropped from the table.
its friday ,,,, news is always leaked on a friday ... this gives them some time to chew it over. this is negotions ... hoff may have to renew the bid 20 times yet, withdrawing the bid is not the same as walking away, many companies put forward bids, negotiate, re bid and round the circle we go until it is hunky dory for the seller, you diodnt expect hoff to make a serious first time bid did you? no room for negotiations.. he isnt stupid, this is games hoff will still get the club, sisu need time to recoup some losses, Turner etc,, and hoff is happy with this because he knows they will eventually sell, as their actions show. think every one should stay calm, watch out for Friday news from here on in, i guarentee something will be leaked every weekend
just read the article in the Sun, it was the sun that fucked this up for us. the Ken Bruce email says the bid is withdrawn and that is the end to it.. pretty final by the sounds of it. And Allardyce was a main player ( the well known football man) Bruce wuipped why shouldnt he spend his money on what he wants. oh dear Hoff its all over.

Reading the sun interview it looks like sisu have not stuck to the confidentiality agreement and given details to the press, the sun say they have seen the letter headed paper..

Still hoping that this maybe a ploy by hoff to get rid off ken by showing him up to be unprofessional and a blocker and stoke up anti SISU feeling even more to get deal done quicker and cheaper. Praying its all just part of the takeover dance, like bands walking off stage only to come back for yet another encore. Hoff wants to buy SISU want to sell just the price and terms that need sorting - so please guys just get on with it.
