I'd have thought that if SISU knew about wasps as we came back it would have leaked out via sources close to the club.

To me the most damage done to our club has been going to Northampton and the non stop talk of a new stadium which nobody has any proof of but lots of points to show it isn't happening or that looks as financially viable.

So might hear in another 2 years was the reply given he wasn't amused.

Wouldn't put anything out of possibility at the moment. A bit late though given Wasps had apparently been talking to the council since the summer.

Which summer?

I seem to remember Ann the fan saying that someone was interested in the arena whilst we were playing in Northampton. It was just brushed off by many as nobody would be interested in the arena. And they certainly wouldn't have been queueing up for it.

I reckon that is a distinct possibility, I doubt you can keep these things quiet. But there are so many rumours, I've heard it said they came back because SP was about to walk if they didn't.

That's another one that doesn't seem logical though. It might suit everyone to put that as the reason, and he may well have bogged off but... it's hard to believe they'd be strong enough to take on the council, fans, MPs, football league... but not the team manager!

I was making the point that rumours abound, after all yesterday Ray Ranson was said to be on wasps board.. the one thing we don't ever get is a true & accurate representation of the facts *

* unless a high court judge publishes one, LOL

Indeed, and I was agreeing with you.

Most rumours are irrational... then again we've had Coventry City playing at Sixfields, and a London rugby club set to play in Coventry, so I suppose in the grand scheme of things having Pressley as kingmaker ain't *as* ridiculous!

Dunno why. He used to win games occasionally at Sixfields. Must have missed the big match atmosphere and 12th man at the Ricoh.
