Exactly, it is down to common sense surely when it comes to location. Boundaries can move, so the one inch here or there thing surely doesn't mean that much?

For the next person to purchase from SISU it will be about land and CCFC will be gone IMO.

Take your point but if you remove the legal action out of the equation, how much are they actually losing? £2.25m (Wilson) + £300k (Juke) + retail (haha), ST, MD tickets, corporate and sponsorship = ????

I bet it's not far off the outgoings this season. If it's break even why sell it?

Well I doubt they can say that, but they would be putting up every obstacle and using all the power they are allowed to ensure it doesn't happen. I remember last time it was brought up someone mentioned that if the club really wanted to build in Coventry they wouldn't be able to stop it and it would go to a public enquiry.
