I didn't spot this stickied post until after I'd posted in the other one so I'll re-post here. I reckon 85 points. 86 would be just above average but points are spread around more amongst the top teams this season.

I've been putting this together this season for anyone who wants to get too into the stats :-) With 44 games rather than 46 it works out points per game to compare previous seasons. The season comparison table – but that's a whoooole other graphic – puts us 22 points ahead of the same games...
