Yeah he’s a reasonable no 2 and can do the job when needed and showed that last night. I think he won’t get a better gig than this so will accept being sat on the bench as an understudy to Dovin.
I’m a nutshell I think everyone expected us to lose the game in all probability. Some people are blaming wrong subs etc, but I’m more inclined to say that it was the manner of the defeat in the end which was the more disappointing.
A belter of a game which also showed our nievety in how not to manage the game and run down the clock. Did we shoot ourselves in the foot or was it the quality of the opponents that won it when it mattered? Probably a bit of both.
Think the Referee in all fairness may have played a good advantage there-isn’t that when Wright half heartedly shot at goal instead of leathering it and a defender slid in and cleared?
Nipped down to the bog and when I came back half of the stand were standing and clapping. Thought I’d missed a goal and then some bloke said Maddison had came on! What an embarrassment.
Surprised I didn’t see them on the way out washing his motor in the car park.
Jeez! £44 to go on the official coach to Middlesbrough 😯
Can’t really see it taking off at them prices compared with other coaches run from around the City independently.
Never liked the man. I remember when things were at an all time low between the club and fans, a meeting was organised by Leamington and Warwick supporters club. Scope was in attendance and used it as part of a sales pitch to flog off the boxes cheap! 🫤
His timing was perfect……..
Yep-it’s a very sobering experience visiting the site and the museum in particular. Bits of wreckage from the planes and peoples watches and shoes etc. And the last Column…..
Yep-it was an absolute masterclass from the “people” behind it. The planning that must have went on for year’s previously before they pulled it off-flight schools and training et al…
Watching the planes hit the towers still leaves me in a state of shock. I prefer to commend the real life heroes on flight United 93 who knew they were ultimately going to die and did their best to tackle the highjackers.
