What’s with the trend of ….

So by that logic if a bunch of 19yo lads want to sit in the seats they brought the infirm dad who cant stand for 90 mins and his 7yo son who cant see over adults should find their randomly allocated seats at the back of the stand? I know I have embellished the example to make it more clear but...

What’s with the trend of ….

Agree regarding home games but how do you 'buy the seat you want' at an away match? I personally think away matches should be a free for all so elderly people who dont want to stand and families with smaller children can chose to sit at the front rather than stand all match.

If we win were in the quarter finals. Shit as some may think the cup might be we have the squad to put out a half decent team in any given match.

I agree with you that it was priced £10 too high but surely vs Spurs with a history creating night on the cards it's still a possibility we will sell out!!

    Concerns over the club's direction......

Where were Burnley after 5 games the season they won the league recently. Where are Luton now, are they totally out of it? We have a huge hole in midfield but if Sheaf can stay fit until Jan, we will do just fine.

Not so sure he hates children but get the impression money now (to him) is more important than the future fan base.

It will sell out as people with a passing interest who may not have gone to Wembley will go to a game like this.

    Summer transfer window 2024

Intresting. Any idea why after playing 40 odd games for Bristol city they let him go?

    In Defence

That is where we miss someone in the QB role in midfield, picking the ball up from the CBs and getting the team moving forward. When the CBs try and connect with the forwards its infrequently that it sticks.

His crossing ability, weight of passing, first touch and close control are not too shabby!

    Robins

Very good players make average players look and play better than they would otherwise be capable of. We don't have any very good players in Midfield with out Sheaf. When he is back things will change BUT we needed another in there who was also very good. After losing the Preston lad to...

    Robins

We appear to have 4 CBs that are all of roughly the same ability and 6 forwards who all will rightly think they should start games. Robins needs to find his best 11 and their best formation and work from there. I can see at least 3 of the team that started today not being in that strongest 11...

    Time for 4-4-2

I think that is a bit harsh and 442 is not the worst about given the limited options in midfield. If sheaf and Rudoni could develop an understanding and dictate the tempo from midfield it could work. Personally I would play hadji on the last and Ellis and Bassette up top. Dovin MWE Thomas...

    Free Transfers

It's painfully obvious we have not replaced the roles COH, Palmer or Kelly played in the squad and midfield is looking bare. Here you can see free transfers. Any appeal...

    the issues

Never throught I would say it but we missed Kelly today. He was old and slow but had game awareness. We really need someone with composure and in built nous who can break up play and start attacks. With the squad were left with I can see Lati back in CM. Dean Austin and Doug King should be...

    Summer transfer window 2024

I wonder without Vik moving and Torp and EMC not just yet showing why we spent about 7 million on them. Doug felt it best to keep cash in the bank until January.

    Palmer leaving

Excited to see who is going to be revealed as his replacement as there will 100% be one. Robins and King have seen him save us a point at Bristol and set up Simms for the winner at the same ground. Midfield is obviously an area we are weak and I can't see them ignoring that!

    league cup draw

Your right I remember when Ian Mattsen came back he was given lots of abuse. Wonder which way it's going to go for COH and Hamer? Personally dont boo ex players just because they are ex players.
