Can save you a bit of time on some of those FOI topics Last estimate provided to the CT in 2019 i believe was £1.2m - however some of that would have been repaid by SISU entities since under court direction Minutes were not apparently kept of that meeting - disclosed by several news outlets in...

    SISU

At present the club is being run much better looking at it from the outside. However I think having taken the club so low any improvement is going to seem like a sizeable improvement. It was largely SISU and the decisions they made or oversaw that took us that low. There are people at the club...

    CCFC 2018/2019 Accounts Thread!

Couple of points really I know football fans seem to think that owners should only ever put funds in, but there is nothing that stops any owner taking money out if the situation allows. The main focus should be have the bills been met, was the cash available, did the extraction of funds damage...

I would think it makes no difference to otium whether capital or interest is drawn. Assuming that interest is compounded. Both would be accruing further interest if not paid down. Drawing down either should reduce the interest total in future years The reasoning for drawing interest not capital...

Yes in some ways it is much better Its only better so long as we have multi million pound player sales in the year and the owners do not draw down the interest and/or loans owed which is now accruing at £2m pa. In each of the years since 2014/15 we have made operating losses, those operating...

part 2 - Cash at bank at the year end had decreased from £682k to £56k. Must have made things tight over the summer months but that would have been buffered by Chaplins sale in the summer of 2019 - Creditors overall decreased from £21.8m to £21.4m. These figures include what is owed to the...

Had a bit more time to analyse the accounts in more detail Part 1 a reasonably detailed summary in order of the financial statements pages. Covering both Otium and SBS&L - The club changed auditors from BDO (top 6 accountants) to Edwards based in Walsall - No changes in directors on either...

    Figure?

Not sure anyone can tell Pete even a reasonable guess There is the rent. The otium accounts will show the rent for Stadium & Higgs. We were told it was £100k in L1 Matchday costs - well yes but what wasps lose is their add on because there are costs associated that wouldnt be paid unless a...

Meeting with Joy Seppala & Dave Boddy - Thursday 27th February 2020

yes thats probably a better estimate fp Inflation since 2007 alone would put the price up on the Shrewsbury stadium by 139% to 20.5m

Meeting with Joy Seppala & Dave Boddy - Thursday 27th February 2020

Had a quick look at the Shrewsbury Town financials mainly to see how much their stadium cost. Look a well run set up having run at a profit in 2016, 2017 & 2018. In June 2018 they had accumulated £2.8m in the bank. The 2019 financials are not available yet. Their stadium was opened in 2007 at a...

    WASPS Interim Accounts 2019

Doesnt look like they have improved much of their financial basket case since the same time last year. Not good, strange that they released the figures so early, not due until 30/04 Unless they have access to other funding or more funds from the owner cash flow must be very tight. Yet they...

Well done to Pete and Mark for actively getting involved. Thanks for the summary, giving the owners side of things without any spin Still plenty more questions to be asked though

    Next Season (RICOH)

The telegraph are quoting from the published accounts Directors Report I think you have to bear in mind who else is reading the directors report and auditors report.
