    Wigan and Sheffield Wednesday

I think the original dodgy one has fucked off, but the other one he sold it to never existed, with a grainy mugshot of some random the only proof of his existence (cos actually, that was all made up by the original dodgy owner, who sold them on to this shell with a huge loan at impossible...

I never went anywhere, you don't stop supporting a side just cos you don't go as often as you did! I think I'm allowed to after 200+ games.

Hey if they hadn't fucked off to Northampton, I'd still be going every week, but no chance. Not having a car or the money for trains though, it doesn't really matter, does it? I'm sure plenty of other fans don't go now cos the ground is a long way away IN ANOTHER FUCKING CITY!

    Transfer Rumour Jay McGrath signs

Nah I've never heard of anyone we sign anymore (just their dads, it seems!), with him it was more the concern at the German 3rd tier standard, which I'd put at nearer to L2 than L1. Then you add the Kastaneer factor...as Grendel said, our overseas signings are very hit and miss.

Was that for me, Nick? I went from ST to a few games a season tops after Sixfields, yeah (and never went to Northampton). Never been to St Andrews though, no. Logistically near impossible for me really anyway now as someone who doesn't drive or have bottomless pockets for train tickets. No...

If you have a look, I post quite a lot of Nonleague stuff. Became a massive fan of nonleague footy in the 00's thanks to sodding FM LLM'ing! Bought the Nonleague Paper every Sunday and read the lot. Still can't quite believe that Fleetwood are in the football league given how tiny they were back...

At least Everton Weekes was actually named after the club by his dad, as they were discussing on TMS just last week. The legend goes that he explained it to England spinner Jim Laker that it was because his dad became an Everton fan whilst over here, and Laker quipped back "well it's a good job...

Maybe this is because we already have to snare O'Hare?

His dad was a cracking player for Burton who won the Conference after having been told he'd never kick a ball again, determined chap: 'They brought a priest in to give me the last rites, that's how bad it was' His son gets a mention in there, they became the first father and son to play in the...

    Striker

Absolutely. And as it goes, IF he had stayed here where he was loved and it had clicked (much like it has with Robins and the club), maybe he would have been good enough as a Championship player with us? But it's always a risk when you move up 2 tiers that it won't work and a bad move can easily...

Yeah it's a bit like how for AFC Wimbledon, the lads that tore up the United Counties League when they re-formed will always be absolute legends, despite none being anywhere near as good as anyone in their current squad. Like this dude: AFC Wimbledon | Player Profile | Matt Everard Check out...

    Transfer Rumour Marcel Hilsner

Generally there and others such as French and Dutch third division have been considered much lower standard than ours. They were regional and semi-pro not that long ago and there's a couple of reserve sides from big clubs in it. The average attendance last season was just over 6,000, lower than...

Or it could be the next Hussey or Simpson, were both Conference player of the year at the time but never Championship standard, sadly. But hopefully this is a data based signing that works out massively.

Loved that, D/M/FRLC. Then when he signed for Sheff Wed they changed him into just a midfielder I think! Still, even FM doesn't think that he's a wingback. Think it might be what we are going to try with him though.

    Transfer Rumour Marcel Hilsner

First team I remember playing it was Brazil under Dunga, although theirs was 4 at the back and 2 up front so more of a 4-2-2-2. Bit about it here: http://www.zonalmarking.net/2010/03/03/analysing-brazils-fluid-system-at-close-quarters/ Ours has a CB in place of a forward and pushes the FB's...

Better Days said yesterday that he expected to sign a European player today. But I wouldn't brand him as an "ITK" as he genuinely seems to know what he is talking about...
