Have you actually got the Sky Sports Football channel or is it Now TV? Don’t think it works with Now TV (someone correct me if I’m wrong).

About 5 minutes before it starts you go on to Sky Sports Football and then you’ll never guess what you have to do next…😉(press the red button) Edit: Now sports? Do you mean Now TV? It only works on the Sky Sports Football channel as far as I know.

You don’t have to send it back, it says you can keep the old one. Tbf the printing error just obscures the ‘block’ and ‘entry turnstiles’ text, so unless you actually can’t remember which block you’re in every time you attend it’s no biggy.

Sorted now cheers. I tried multiple countries, different browsers, different devices and different VPNs, then created a new iFollow account and it worked.

I’ve read elsewhere that they temp block accounts when they identify VPN usage, but I don’t know for sure. It’s the only explanation I can come up with, unless it was ‘just one of those things’.

I tried everything with my old account and it only worked when I created a new one. I suspect I’d ‘triggered’ their automated block response by using a known VPN location. Also suspect it’s a temporary block, and would allow me to watch next time as long as I don’t trigger their response again...

So, it seems once they’ve identified an account is using a VPN they block that account from working (temporarily?). Have now got it working, but had to jump through a lot of hoops (including a new iFollow account).

Have you had the “conflict” message? I’ve tried different browsers, locations, clearing cookies etc and none of it seems to make much difference this time.
