    Coventry transfer deadline day

Totally agree Fernando, the stuff about Under 23 football was the guff he said in his press interview with Wolves. All bollocks.

    Coventry transfer deadline day

Will be interesting in three years or so to see if any of Stevenson, Harries or Thomas have played for their respective clubs first teams. Stevenson blathered on about it being a move to a massive club, think opinions may differ on that, and was moving to a great standard of development...

    Coventry transfer deadline day

It was Steve Sherwood the Watford keeper who scored against Avramovic, sadly I was there to see it. I think we lost 2-1. Unfortunately Avramovic played again until he punched the ball in his own net against Stoke and Gould dropped him forever. Burge looks like De Gea compared to Avramovic.

Wigan / Wolves interested in Ben Stevenson

That would be a great idea. Pity the FA don't have that intelligence!

Wigan / Wolves interested in Ben Stevenson

Not blaming Stevenson, I think the system is shite. How many players do Chelsea have on their books? Its ridiculous, and unless we ever get to the PL we will never be able to compete.

Wigan / Wolves interested in Ben Stevenson

Not blaming the player, its the system, the money now involved in the Premier league means they can cream off every decent youngster from the lower leagues and stick them in a development squad. It also means players like Wolves will splash the cash to achieve the PL dream. Not many of these...

Wigan / Wolves interested in Ben Stevenson

This to me is where football is wrong today, players would rather move to an Under 23 squad, than play first team football.

Fifth Round... / Brighton Ticket Details

1.1 million if you are Glenn Murray (allegedly)

Fifth Round... / Brighton Ticket Details

To be fair if it were the other way round, we would probably feel the same. Thought the comments were pretty fair, and some of the SISU out support showed a bit of class from fans who have been through it themselves in the past. I had forgotten what they went through, so to see where they are...

Fifth Round... / Brighton Ticket Details

Absolute wank draw, but the only redeeming thing is they don't score many, and we have a great defence, so may give us a bit of a chance. Failing that we could get some tax advice from Glenn Murray. ;)

Match Thread Coventry City at MK Dons Match Thread - Saturday 27th Jan

Fantastic result, very proud again. As someone who couldn't make the game, just wanted to say a huge thanks to all those fans who did and supported our team so fantastically!

    Biggest Transfer Shock

Was shocked with the signings of Hadji, McAllister and Keane as it appeared we were moving onto bigger and batter things. How wrong could I be! One transfer that really shocked me was how we were ripped off by the Transfer Tribunal when Hateley left to Portsmouth. We got 190K and then a year...

    Biggest Transfer Shock

Think it was. If I remember correctly he had split with his girlfriend and she had returned to Leeds with their young baby. He wanted to be nearer to his child, which is totally understandable.

    Disgruntled Players?

My moneys on Julian Gray, he hasn't been in the team for a long time.

    Taxi on the way

G is the best wum ever. He will be pissing himself at the anger and teeth gnashing because of his post. I don't agree with the words he used but let's face it when Shmeee took the piss out of his spelling and said baby boomers eg) Grendel were over rewarded etc, what other reaction did people...

    Taxi on the way

Torch the sort of fan who is a season ticket holder there supporting the team, unlike someone who never posts on the matches, never celebrates a win, and only tends to post negative rhetoric. Beyond weird eh?

    The pitch

Touche! Thought there was one of the Best placed second places up for grabs, and Quins could have grabbed a result, if my memory serves me right I think they did against Wasps ;) Pitch is a worry, cant see a great deal of recovery in it over the coming months.

    The pitch

Dead rubber was it? Wasps knew that there was an outside chance of qualification depending on other results. Its a shame other posters on here have Rugby knowledge and catch out your utter drivel. Oh and the pitch is crap.

Which goal made you go the most mental?

Regis against Sheff Wed (FA QF) followed by going more mental for Houchen's double. Terry Gibsons hatrick goal against Liverpool in 4-0 win Gynn's Semi equaliser Boateng's fourth goal in our 4-1 win at Villa.
