    How is Aled Williams employed?

True But a lot of very good players make poor managers. Lampard is one. Mark Hughes is another.

    Time's Up

We will never have another manager who has pushed this club forward and brought us so much to cheer about than Mark Robins. It's my birthday on Monday. My first game was on my birthday in 1972. In those 52 years I've seen plenty of lows and a few highs (87). The majority of it was pretty lean...

This forum has pretty much always been the same. We're either world beaters or relegation fodder. There are no shades of grey.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

Well more than one ITK has said that is the case. And if it is. If. Then that is interfering in the playing side. Leeds have signed a 34 year old free agent today. If it's good enough for Leeds...

Admittedly those attractive flower beds have made a huge difference this season.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

Not allowing loans. Only signing young players he thinks he can sell on as a profit. We badly need some experience on the pitch to help these young lads out.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

Yeah, weird take. "If you want Robins stay then you obviously DON'T go to games".

    Robins Out Poll pt3

I genuinely think if Doug hadn't interfered in the playing side and got greedy then we wouldn't be where we are in the table. Leave the football side to football people and the business side to business people.

    How is Aled Williams employed?

No, not Lampard. He is one of those players who thinks he will be a good manager because he was a decent player. He's not. We've tried it before with Phil Neal, Terry Butcher, Gordon Strachan. All shite managers. We've moved on.

    How is Aled Williams employed?

Well, if Oggy was so great then he would have improved Burge, RCC et al regardless of whether they had been signed for cash or not. He didn't improve them. Oggy basically got the job because of who he was not because of his prowess as a coach.

    How is Aled Williams employed?

Noddy Holder is getting on a bit and I'm not sure how much coaching experience he's got. We could go for Sweet or if we fancy going down the foreign route then The Osmonds.

    How is Aled Williams employed?

    Lee Burge for a start.

    How is Aled Williams employed?

Haha! Really? Oggy used to get slated on here. After all he did coach Lee Burge, one of the poorest keepers we've ever had. Dreadful.

Yeah, I know. It is for me too. I've been supporting and going home and away for decades. But, some of the stuff written on here over the last few weeks, from presumably functioning adults, has been laughable.

    Time's Up

Sometimes when things at home or work get a little too much and it feels like I'm struggling a little, I come on here and realise at least I'm not a grown man losing his shit over a football match.

    Dovin

I don't think it was such a .major error. The ball was whacked into the ground and the bounce deceived him. All keepers make errors - look at Jordan Pickford for God's sake. He's young. We should stick with him. Chopping and changing keepers every couple of games isn't the answer.
