Butts Park Arena - put up or shut up !

I would take anything lower than 25k only If planning permission is agreed on 25k first, before we build anything we need to know it's feasible to expand. Also Jon Sharpe says 12k only. So what assurances do we have that he and the CRFC board would not be an obtacle to any future expansion.

    C-Unit Council

I know some of you seems to dislike him, but this is a very good article from Simon Gilbert. It captures my opinions perfectly CCFC Butts Park ground share "It's time to put up or shut up"

    Why didn't we...

The 3 games we didn't we looked alright Plus the checkatrade where the players couldn't even try those tactics we looked ok.

    Why didn't we...

Read the previous clubs fans forums. Heard he was a long ball merchant. Came on here and said I would accept long ball as a short term necessary evil to stay up. Fully expected him to sign some beasts up front. Once we signed no one of that criteria knew we were screwed. This squad is not built...

    Why didn't we...

No had to listen on the radio unfortunately. Due to personal stuff. From the radicsounds like we had a nice conbo of mixing it up between long ball and using the midfield. When we did use the midfield they didn't sound poor to be fair.

Knew it!!! At last you finally admit it!!! I knew no genuine Cov fan could have such bollox opinions such as yours. So just why is a Bristol City fan stalking our website preaching pro SISU rubbish?

    Why didn't we...

So did Tim Fisher screw up allowing Venus to take over with no managerial experience at all. Then sign a long ball merchant with our squad. To be fair to him his first choice was JFH. I have a feeling Caldwell may have been preferred over Slade as well

    Next Season

Players you would keep and what you would sign..... I would send both Burge and RCC out on loan with a recall option. I would sign a experienced keeper. I would have Corey on the bench. However if there was an injury I would recal Burge or RCC. I would keep DKE as first choice RB I would...

    Why didn't we...

The squad wasn't right for long ball any man and his dog could see that. The moment Slade never signed two bruising strikers. He needed to stop by passing the midfield. The team definitely look more organised under Robins no question

Robins picked him as well. So that goes against this myth that every manager doesn't fancy him

You did to be fair. So do you think Tim Fisher messed up allowing Venus a chance then employing Slade? (Sorry this is in reply to Grendel)

He works his ass off one of the few this season to come out with credit. Hope I don't talk too soon, but Burge needs some credit today as well.
