    Simon Jordan Interview- Part 3.

NI is not an income tax. Income tax will be zero because the club has millions in accumulated NOLs. As you say interest will be accrued but not paid unless SISU are willing to show everyone they are actually taking money out the club.

    Simon Jordan Interview- Part 3.

Ebit is earnings before interest and tax. The tax is zero. Interest paid will also be zero as SISU claim to have not taken any interest.

    Simon Jordan Interview- Part 3.

You do realize the club won't be paying any tax on that profit?

Simon Jordan looked at CCFC Ownership

Simon Jordan was on the Keys and Gray show on Bein sports the other week. Maybe Keys asked Simon to take a look?

    "The Pertinent Question"

:smug:This report is really excellent. The Dafferns are loyal supporters of the club and have paid a lot of money over the years in sponsorship. The Trust really need a professional approach such as the one shown in this report.

    What's your tipping point?

Really? You previously said you would stop supporting the club if we were acquired by Wasps. Consistency has never been your strong point has it?

    Ben Stevenson - Brentford

You do realize the decision is not down to the players when they are under contract? If a club decides to sell a player, the player has very little choice in the matter.

Sordell - How Many Goals ?

We rarely saw him as a footballer full stop.

Sordell - How Many Goals ?

It's not just the number of goals, it's his all round play. One of the worst strikers I have ever seen. Up there with the likes of Dave Bamber and Simon Haworth. Absolute gash.

    Phone number for Sisu's office.

SISU is not a large company. It's a tuppeny hapenny outfit with turnover of just 1 million. It's about as big as your average corner shop but with much less customer care and the owner never shows up.

    Coventry City Player Database

If SISU had any interest in the club they would be drawing on the skills of fans like Nick to turn the club around. Fair play.

CCFC still a pawn in Sisu game ?

The idea that SISU have some kind of plan flies in the face of all the evidence we have seen so far. They are utterly clueless. However, it is possible that SISU will want to hang around until the Wasps' bond is due for repayment in the hope that Wasps might go under. I can see the club treading...

Home is Where the Heart Is

The Gillingham and Crewe games already showed the potential support is there. There's no way we can fill the Ricoh under present conditions so we may as well bin that idea.

Home is Where the Heart Is

Great. Thanks for that. What's your next thread going to be about? People don't go if they don't want to. People eat when they are hungry. People get into a car when they want to go somewhere. Your posts are becoming more and more insightful all the time. Keep up the good work.

    Phone number for Sisu's office.

I suspect he isn't expecting to actually speak to Joy, but rather to piss her off by clogging up the SISU phone lines. Good idea if you ask me.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

The club's report does not contain a cash flow statement. I cannot be bothered correcting all the other ridiculous things you have said (e.g., you said that the club's accounts are subject to more scrutiny than those of BT). You are a real numpty.

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Who knows? With turnover of only 1 million the end can't be far away hopefully. I can't see SISU being around for more than a couple of years. The end of the current Ricoh deal could be the end game in terms of SISU's ownership of the club. Let's hope so and let's hope that the next set of...

    Fisher Lost The Plot

Playing at the BPA would require some form of investment to make it safe for L2 football. SISU simply have no money to make even a small investment on making the BPA suitable for L2. In my opinion SISU have no credibility in the City of London so I don't see how they are going to raise any...

SISU's finances - the effect of CCFC?

In 2007 SISU Capital bought CCFC. In 2007, SISU Capital reported turnover of GBP 25.4 million and an operating profit of GBP 15.9 million. Eight years later in 2015 SISU Capital reported turnover of GBP 1.1 million and an operating loss of GBP 0.3 million. I don't think it will be long before...
