Match Thread Millwall FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 7th Dec

Dovin MvE Thomas Kitching Binks Eccles Torp Rudoni Saka Simms EMC I've gone for Binks LB because Dasilva will get bullied and I'm not sure Bidwell is fit. It could be a disaster. Left Sheaf out because I think he's carrying an injury and I don't want him to put himself out for ages. Simms to...

    Non-Disclosure of Injuries

If true then play Eccles, Rudoni and Torp to start. Wonder if Allen is fit to play much part yet as well?

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

If you looked carefully I said 'cheat'. It was deliberately put forward to suppress voting in those less likely to vote Tory, under a pretense that it was solving a big issue in voter fraud which was in reality virtually non existent. This is what was being referred to when JRM was mentioned...

Probably, but that isn't necessarily the end of the process is it. What's to stop prosecutors asking for an appeal over the sentencing when Trump is in power, and making that punishment way more severe?

He won't give a fuck. And sadly neither will his fanbase. They'll see it as perfectly justified because it was a witchhunt etc.

Only trouble is the Tories want to use to 'cheat'.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Played correctly net zero could be a massive job creator, and especially in many deprived communities such as coastal towns and cities. Wind and tidal could be a massive boost for them. Many rural areas could benefit from wind and solar. Where jobs would be lost the new technologies can replace...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

Well you're going to have a lot to complain about in a month or two. Not counting the pardons Trump gave in his first term. I fundamentally disagree with Biden's decision, but I think he was caught between a rock and a hard place. I think he could see that his son could be at the mercy of Trump...

    Favourite player......

But then you also say he goes and puts in good blocks/tackles - if he was pussying out he wouldn't do that. Now maybe he doesn't have a great deal of confidence with his passing and maybe takes the easy option. but I think to call him a pussy is too far.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Isn't that pretty much what I've suggested?

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

That was something I considered. Potential problems are that it becomes a huge target, and second is that it potentially allows a lot of stuff to happen out of the public eye, so you'd need some sort of press presence to put them off. Also wouldn't put it past half of them to trash their room...

But they are also constituency MP's who are supposed to hold surgeries. If they're allowed to get a home for their constituency work, may as well just tell them this is it, so like it or lump it.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Also, why isn't there a home in each constituency that is owned by the state that MP's have to use for a base of operation? Like an embassy for MP's?

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I agree this thing does annoy me. However, it's something that isn't against the rules and has been going on for a long time, so again I have to ask where was the outrage before with MP's (from all parties) that were doing it, or flipping homes to get taxpayer's to pay for renovation? It's...

    Mason-Clark

I hope so. I think he can get into good scoring positions but I've yet to see him having the ability to take on and beat players at this level.

    Gregg Wallace

Got to disagree. Maybe these comments are old, but something tells me he's not the type to stop doing it. Imagine it was one of your relatives getting these comments, say a daughter. Would you feel happy about it and him keeping his job? As balance, I have no idea if he was ever asked to stop...

    Relegation fodder

If it got that far and we needed a result, I doubt we'd get it. Just don't think this lot have the stomach for it.

    Lack of "football arrogance"

Probably won't be a popular opinion, and will come back to bite me on the arse in a few years like Vic, but I don't think he is 'shit hot'. He's got a decent amount of potential but not enough to warrant the arrogance he has IMO.I'd say there's players with more potential than him that don't go...
