I’ve no idea if it’s correct, or effective politics. I just think that having her response to such an obviously dumb and unworkable plan still be “It’s uncosted” shows an almost deranged commitment to staying on message.
I like McCallum, but he was always going to be a marginal upgrade on one of the few positions in the squad where we already have a viable starter and a backup in place.

I’m not suggesting “Woodwood” and Bernstein need to investigate a conspiracy here, but this case has shone a light on just how restrictive UK law can be on some court proceedings. Think it’s worth exploring if some of those laws may be out of date.
