Official - we are in administration already

Surely the league is the main arbiter of where the golden share is held and they have categorically stated it's with CCFC Ltd. if not SISU have moved it without permission. Either way SISU lose !

    High Court Match Thread

Guilfoyle, the administrator for Leeds has stated that due diligence he undertook showed that Preston Haskell IV does not have the means to take over a football club. Hopefully (but I doubt it) we are not looking at another Dhinsa situation.

Official - we are in administration already

Depends on your definition of 'debt free'. Takeover 'costs' are included in the £60m somewhere, even if no money ever changed hands.

    Official statement

Even so, the bit with the league share cannot be liquidated by SISU (it can by the administrator). Is it therefore possible for a new owner the take over the league share and start up with a completely new squad of players ? I suppose this would bring into question the ownership of Coventry...

    ACL withdraw their application...

Pompey have a 10 pt penalty due for remaining in admin at the start of the season. The CVA hasn't been finalised yet, so that remains up in the air.

    ACL withdraw their application...

The other 15 pts will come next season if/when admin is exited without a CVA agreed by SISU.

    Official statement

An administrator has legal obligations. If he doesn't discharge these in the right and prope manner then I assume he can become liable, which is the underlying reason for the clearnace of the club shop etc. In other words SISU shouldn't have undue influence over his actions.

Adjourned until 2pm to allow costs to be discussed between parties. Length of 2nd half suggests it may be the CCFC holdings part of the company that will be under dicussion?

Judgment on points from FA crucial

I'm not sure that it will prove anything. If they decide that the 2 entities are practically indistinguishable they will deduct points anyway.

    Latest tweets from Les Reid

Surely the golden share can't be moved from one company to another without League approval? If they've received approval, then as others have said, the League is complicit with what's been happening.

    Legal Argument

That would be it for me, I'd abandon football completely. i'm already disillusioned with the direction the Premier League has taken the game. This would be the last straw.

Exactly where and what time is the hearing on Friday?

Can't understand why it would be an adjournment and not a dismissal of the case. If the company ACL are seeking to put in Admin is already in Admin then where else in there to go ? It looks like ACL and their lawyers have failed to do their research properly and will be left with egg on their...

    Acl are bullies

I understand where you are coming from, but is delaying the inevitable really the best outcome tomorrow ? On the balance of probabilities the likely sequence of events will be: 1. Hearing adjourned until after the end of the season 2. Play offs just missed by a couple of points 3. Admin...
