    O'Hare bids

Yeah I was about to say that was absurd. It was public knowledge that Kirchner quite clearly wasn't all that he seemed, nor had a penny to his name. As shown by his track record and the fact his own business was struggling to pay staff and had several debts owed to various organisations. Yet...

    Fabio Tavares Signs New Deal

Of course it's a 3-year deal... Not sure what the rush is when he's very much an unknown at this stage. Big season for him ahead though. Presuming he'll be loaned out.

    O'Hare bids

Hmm harsh to call him a charlatan. He clearly has a pretty extensive network and has built a number of inside links. Shown by his record in breaking transfer news early. Pretty sure he's broken several of our own. Sheaf, Godden and McCallum? That said he does have a tendency to put 2+2...

What are Liam Kellys Hamstrings made of?

I think it's difficult to manage to be honest. It's quite clear he's developed a worsening issue. What is it 4 hamstring injuries in the space of two years now?

    Derby Players

They would've stayed up comfortably were it not for their points deduction? Their academy has also been Cat One for years hence why they have so much talent coming through.

    O'Hare bids

He has been backed... but by the club. You seem to forget that the scope to reinvest sales into the budget would've been far greater back then due to much lower overheads, a less of a demand to pay decent fees for players and player turnover of course being much higher due to many being on...

    O'Hare bids

I had a look on there the other day and made a swift exit after I saw one poster seriously suggest Michy Batshuayi on loan.

    O'Hare bids

And that's fine but the poster isn't technically wrong regardless of what parts of the post you conveniently choose to crop to support your point.

    O'Hare bids

He meets her for a debrief every summer I'd imagine. So any notion that he's going to be caught off guard by a lack of reinvestment following a sale - presuming that's the case - is pretty ridiculous.

    O'Hare bids

To be fair, he didn't actually say that though if you read the post. He said the club seemingly this season can't manage to scrape even a fairly nominal fee together like we probably would've paid for Palmer, if we even paid a fee at all as there seems to be conflicting reports, without...

    O'Hare bids

Pretty pedantic point to use though. It's clear what he meant. Any fee paid would've been nominal at best.

    O'Hare bids

You could be right. I remember him managing/coaching in a non-descript league so I put two and two together.

    O'Hare bids

As I said...within reason. Hypothetically if players are continually sold and monies aren't reinvested back into the playing budget then there's no point being in the Championship anyway as regardless who's the manager relegation is inevitable.

    O'Hare bids

I think he's Cypriot so he obviously won't go back there but I'd imagine he'd have plenty of offers in the Championship as the season progressed and managers dropped off or perhaps in Europe.

    O'Hare bids

I'm not so confident. I think Robins is fully aware of the constraints he's under and within reason will choose to stay regardless.

    O'Hare bids

I'd imagine so. Difficult to improve on last season when two of your best players have been sold and little has been made available for him this summer. That certainly would've been a big factor in him choosing to resign.

    O'Hare bids

No. Everton initially made a loan enquiry but Burnley are only listening to permanent offers that match Cornet's buy-out clause apparently - which is £17.5m. A few clubs are interested but I'd question whether they'll pay that.

Past Transfer Targets , Where are they now?

A lot of the losses were by fine margains. From memory we never really got battered apart from the last game of the season vs Southampton where there was nothing to play for. So it's difficult to say whether Le Fondre would've made a significant difference or not, but we certainly would've had...

    O'Hare bids

Granted they're not like for like replacements but fees have been paid for Rudoni (around £1m) and Kasumu (compensation).

Past Transfer Targets , Where are they now?

From memory that was entirely Dulieu's fault - unsurprisingly. Le Fondre was keen to come here but Dulieu thought if he left it to the very last second he'd be able to get him on a cut price deal. Shockingly Reading swooped in and we had to opt for McDonald instead
