How many of our fans going tomorrow?

On the plus side: - That many fans will put pressure on them to perform - Get thrashed by Leicester and the fans will unite against SISU - instead of being all 'understanding' towards their frigging problems - All that ticket money might help with a loan...

incredible - SISU plans for club

Anything, no matter how unlikely is believable with these clowns.

    Transfer embargo

How is it disrespectful to clubs in League 1 for me to not want us there? I didn't criticize League 1 or anyone in it... Saying that relegation to League 1 could be good for us rings a bell... We all thought coming down to the Championship would be great fun - win loads of games, enjoy being...

How many of our fans going tomorrow?

13,000 to 14,000 City fans is absolutely f*cking pathetic. However, gates like that might get rid of SISU quicker than i'd hoped.

    Transfer embargo

We are NOT a normal business. This football club means too much to people for some clowns to cut costs left and right until we find ourselves in League 1. Surely they can see that they'll never get the big crowds they need to break even whilst providing us with such a threadbare squad. It's the...

    New Cov shirt.

Got mine - best City shirt i've ever bought. I believe they've more than doubled shirt sales this time around!

    Press Conference This Afternoon

We have this debate with every manager the club has. People have to accept that football people speak in cliches and not make out that the current manager is a c*nt every time he opens his gob.

    Press Conference This Afternoon

McSheffrey's expires at the end of the season though doesn't it? I f*cking hope they have offered him a new deal!
  9. @richh87

New signing as well as Lefondre

Love it. If those 2 join I might actually look forward to this season

New signing as well as Lefondre

Maybe Le Fondre AND Cody McDonald :D McDonald looks a great player http://youtu.be/4JX6Np9CP7w
  11. @richh87

did we re hire him? ;)

And who is Kevin Hoffman?! Shoddy from Sky!
  12. @richh87

    saturday!

Exactly! Their team on paper was scary. We played really well. beat them 2-0 and in typical CCFC fashion supporters started saying "Portsmouth had such a depleted team that day". :D
  13. @richh87

    Team For Saturday

Jesus that's bad. We're going to get tonked.
  14. @richh87

    Enough is enough!

The football club is good for the City. The council should do what's best for our long-term future, provided they get back what they contributed (as a minimum). Not selling to SISU is a good move, regardless of whether they or Hoff's backers offer more, IMO. SISU would happily hang on to the...

    So come on...

If we get a decent striker on loan from the Prem we might actually have a stronger match day squad than last season due to the emergence of Conor Thomas and Biggy (Gael). It's the depth of the squad that worries me, and the injuries from the weekend have highlighted that.
  16. @richh87

    Enough is enough!

Hopefully he's just one of several backers then. I can see this takeover going through but it won't happen quickly. I think we owe the council one for refusing to sell their share of the Ricoh to SISU.
  17. @richh87

    Enough is enough!

Dinyull - what do you think of Freddie Shepherd? Does he have enough money to sort things out if he is Hoff's backer?
  18. @richh87

    So come on...

Listen Killerumble. If you're not going to contribute properly don't contribute at all. I think we'll finish 20th.
  19. @richh87

    Enough is enough!

Yes. SISU deserve f*** all. They gambled, they lost. Football is not a normal business, the repercussions of ruining a football club are not the same as ruining a small company you've acquired. No wonder the investors' identities have never been disclosed.
  20. @richh87

    Enough is enough!

Exactly. They lent it to us and now want it back because they bottled their own business plan and started selling the cheaply acquired young talents Ranson had been asked to build promotion upon. Let's get something straight. This football club would NOT have gone out of existence under any...
