Lampard and coaches are doing an unbelievable job with the player evaluations. They have identified certain players weaknesses and basically got hold of each and everyone of them and pushed them to improve. Its working as individually and collectively they are performing. Now we can say luck...

Lot more to come from Torp always been good enough with the ball but it putting the work in to become more mobile and aggressive.

He is definitely improving every aspect of this squad, which is not his. Very good coaches and players are reacting. Are we seeing the money we paid on young potential showing up with better coaching.

In my opinion FL has better staff and is a better coach than MR. This doesn't mean i don't rate MR because i do, but i did see limitations in him especially at the end of his time with us. FL is doing a good job and is improving both player and group which i think is a good sign going forward...

With FL i cant never tell if he is annoyed by the question or frustrated by the situation he finds the squad in. He really doesn't look like he wants to be sitting there. Which surprises me a little as i always thought he was good in media situations...

Wonder if Howley gets near the squad.

Sometimes players just don't work out at certain clubs. This might be the case with BTA the problem is we need bodies in or deals agreed before letting bodies go out. . I think we have had the chance to sell BTA, Milan, Sheaf, Lats this window, but none will go if the club have nobody walking...

Surely this is not for us to take a serious look at him, if it is we are indeed in the shit. Not someone id be losing players for or wasting money on..

Im sure the recalling of Burroughs and Howley is down to FL wanting to see if either can make a squad. Because if he feels they are ok to be back ups for a certain area of the field then the targets and positions of those he goes after could change. And although im not sure what they are like...

Rak Sakyi looks a fantastic player and would be a big plus to our midfield even as a loan he would be worth it. Vale would be a player i think we would try to sign on a perm basis and help develop into a championship player. Both would be good pick ups lets hope we can get the 2 in with a good CB.

I'd be happy losing Lats, Collins, Tavares and JDS if it meant S Rak Sakyi, Harvey Vale and a experienced CB were coming the other way. Be good to see if Burroughs or Howley have anything to add to the squad. FL needs to find out sooner rather than later if he thinks they can make squads.

Vale would be a good signing, but the issue may be wages. He has been on a very good contract at Chelsea for multiple years so he may look for a similar deal. However his deal is up in the summer so he is worth a go.

Samuel Rak-Sakyi, Harvey Vale, James McConnell, S Thomas, Tyler Morton, Lewis O Brian, H Toffolo and Liam Lindsay are names i have seen and would be happy with 2 or 3 of these being brought in. Another player i liked but not sure if he could get back to the level is Matty Longstaff if injuries...

I think DL role played within the MR and Adi relationship may be very understated. I have a feeling once he announced he was going the wheels fell off and the relationship collapsed between Adi and MR. I also think by then they was a problem between certain players and Adi regarding his methods...

Get Wright and Mason Clark back fit and Simms in form, combine that with them having an off day you never know.

Still lots to learn and improve on but Dovin is definitely going to get a lot of confidence from his recent performances. Give him time and hopefully a good preseason in him and he could be a real asset.

Allen is a FL type of player and if FL cant get a couple of younger versions come summer Allen will be part of his squad next season. Adds decent depth for anyone in the championship in my opinion.
