Where do you think the stadium site in Coventry might be?

Love the idea of the Butts, great choice of pubs, would be tight but probably a great atmosphere. IMO the only realistic solution is to obtain a 50% joint stake in the Ricoh, will obviously cost millions but long term it will be worth it

    SCG To Meet Chris Anderson

Ask him how close is Tim to securing the land and the funds to build a new stadium ? He'll dodge that question no doubt but just make it clear to him that SISU have no credibility especially when it comes to stadiums and the less Fisher says the better.

    Northampton Player Ratings

MAF 3 or 4, offered nothing, Connor business as usual game passed him by, Burge seen a repay of the goals but bear in mind he plays behind a back 4 with the 2 Aarons. Aaron p was beaten too easily too often, Some of Aaron M's distribution was awful yesterdy. MOM Murphy a genuine threat...

    Spine of the team

JOB went back to last season running around like a lunatic lacking composure. Fleck & MAF who ever bets on rhem to score, can you be a centre forward and not look like scoring.

    Waggot gone

You know its strange times when you agree with Grendel, being a nice guy less obnoxious then TF doesn't mean he's done a good job

    Player Ratings

Football is a game of opinions but MAF as man of the match is beyond me. Their centre backs managed him easily.he lost possession constantly and offered no goal threat, if Reda hadn't got injured I'm sure he would have been replaced by Tudguy. Fleck also had an average game was guilty of...

Rowan Fitzgerald was returningfrom the Ricoh

Hi, you obviously all saw the very sad events at the weekend where 2 lives were sadly lost in the city centre bus crash. 1 of the fatalities as we know was tragically a young child. Rowan Fitzgerald had played for Leamington Hibs U8's over the summer and his family have strong links to the...

    Shrewsbury's bad boys

Parked yesterday at the 3 horseshoes pub on the Foleshill road near to the fire station. After the game their "bad boys" about 30 lads were at the pub car park being man marked by about 10 police. As hooligan gangs go these seemed quite unimpressive but also not sure of thier motives were they...

    ratings vs shrewsbury

Tend to agree but think Murphy is worth a 6 as murdered their right back second half but both him and Kent need to work on the final ball. Fleck is feast and famine, gave the ball away a few times at 1-0 with poor passes when under no particular pressure, he's been guilty for a couple of the...

    Ricoh Arena station update

Utter shambles is right, councils should manage what they know, roads, schools, bin collections. CCC IMO saw the Ricoh as a pet project a chance to dabble in something new, a chance to be part of something prestigious and were over protective when negotiating with SISU but virtually gave it...

    davie bowman

He was Bobby Gould's last major signing, he waddled like a duck, I remember a goal against Leicester where he bent a free kick around the wall on the whole he was poor but then again had to play alongside Wayne Turner in central midfield which can't have been easy.

    December Stadium Deadline

I would love to leave the Ricoh but only for a stadium within the city. Our fan base is extremely fragile, 15 seasons out of the premiership, SISU's reign including the move to sixfields has diluted our support best demonstrated by the Yeovil attendance of 11,000 the week following 27,000 saw...

    December Stadium Deadline

If you were to ask a few premier league football fans to name any of our players or our current manger or ask those same fans to name a few WASPS players not sure they would be able to name any, nut potemtially more likely name a few WASPs players. Also who will get the most national media...

    December Stadium Deadline

Ansty Park would be awful, inaccessible by pedestrians, the nearest centres of population such as Walsgrave are about a mile away, would clog up the Eastern by-pass on matchdays as is the only road that serves it, the Ricoh may be seen as remote but this is in the middle of nowhere, if there...

    December Stadium Deadline

In the PR battle what a lot of Cov fan's on here need to appreciate is how poorly informed the majority of the Coventry population are. Most believe everything is OK now we are back at the Ricoh, others genuinely believe WASPs are going to buy CCFC. The court cases, the Sixfields debacle...

    December Stadium Deadline

Grendel the new mystic meg he has seen into the future, turfing the club out would nearly be as big a PR disaster as when SISU chose to go to Northampton, who knows what will happen but one thing is for certain Grendel will continue his anti WASPs crusade for the evil that they have done to CCFC.

    December Stadium Deadline

PR is available to all sides but our current owners have been a marketing disaster, still time to reverse the PR but the constant court cases etc.. and Northampton make it very difficult for SISU / CCFC to promote themselves as reasonable and having been subject to an injustice.
