    Greyfriars Lane development

I'm a bit confused. I always follow any Coventry city centre developments with interest, but this one has me baffled. Here's Greyfriars Lane. Nat West bank to the left, Lloyd's to the right. Plan is to make it a gateway to the cathedral quarter. Trying to make it like Carnaby St with...

    Westworld

Anyone else excited about the upcoming show on Sky Atlantic? I love the film, which is actually on tonight if anyone is interested. Bit of controversy with the TV show because I believe they made all the extras sign contracts stating that they must be prepared for nudity and sexual scenes.

Lee Mack - Funniest thing on British TV at the moment

Agree? Anyone on here that doesn't find him funny? I haven't met anyone yet who has said so. He's certainly got a touch of Eric Morecambe about him and I think he makes Would I lie to You the best comedy programme on TV these days.

Do you have a nickname for your missus that she is unaware of?

And if so, what is it? My daughter and I call my missus Two. She is unaware. Everything with her is it's 'too cold, or too loud, or too hot, or too controversial, or too far, or too late, or too much.'

World Cup tickets - Russia 2018

I know it is a bit of a way ahead, but my wife's family are saying that tickets are already on sale for matches in Volgograd. My question is, do you think if they buy some up now (only £15, so very cheap) that they will be able to sell them on for a few extra quid when the WC begins? Guessing...

Anyone else dreading the BBC classic remakes?

Let things be I say. Paul Merton had a go with old Galton and Simpson scripts and failed. Think things are of their time and should be left alone. Hancock's Half Hour Til Death us do Part And Steptoe and Son All being remade.

Anyone ever invented their own games? If so, are they any good?

We sometimes invent our own games and as we have recently got a puppy we have formed what we think is a great little game. We call it Flingshot! You use the dog ball flinger (you need two) and you find a park with trees about 50m-100m apart. One stands in front of one tree and the other...
