We were meant to be playing forest on the weekend of the 4th round. I wonder if we got them in the cup we could just make it a cup and league game in one match to save fixture congestion (I know it can’t but would make it interesting)

I think that’s more to do with blues naturally sitting deeper and deeper to protect what they had. It was always going to be one way traffic last 20 or so. You can’t deny that Hamer was outstanding last night until his knock.

He has an amazing ability to win tussles against much bigger CB’s. He seems to just ease defenders off the ball. It’s not as though he’s missing a lot of chances eaither, we haven’t created many clear cut chances recently really.
