    Cringe worthy

If you're earning 80k a year then its a pretty good indicator that the entire world is fucked.

    Matty Godden

Must admit I thought Godden should have been taken off when Hamer came off, which shows how much I know..! Thought Biamou was excellent.

    Fucking passion and play

It's small margins as always. Really don't want to piss on anyone's chips... But we could have been a goal down really early when Dabo passed it straight across his goal, and you'd think that would have been game more or less gone. A bit of good fortune makes such a difference. Not taking...

    Dion's podcast

Telfer started poorly and took some terrible abuse from the boo-boys. But in that really good period we had, i think it's massively ignored how effective he was... did a lot of "dirty work" which allowed players with arguably more technical ability to play. Underrated.

    Championship match thread

Probably not. But equally I don't see us being 6pts adrift either. Neither of which are too relevant at this stage of the season (obviously preferable to not be adrift, of course!)

    Championship match thread

Rather unlikely. Same as we could also find ourselves 3 points clear of the bottom 3 if things go perfectly...

    Running

Club night last night, and first club session on the track since last winter... 300mtrs hard, 100mtrs steady. Session was 12 reps, but i strung it out to 14..... although didn't feel particularly spritely, so may forego my planned 5km track effort on saturday, for another "sharpener" track rep...

    W**ps confirm premiership final

I'd imagine the prize-money for getting there (a much smaller model than the Champions League for instance), and additional tv revenue would more than make up for it. I'm not trying to back them here... just thinking realistically. That said, i don't think European rugby will save them, nor...

    Mental Health

That is true. Not been competitive for 5 years now... But still have a go on the bags at the gym every so often. Unless you are looking to be competitive I wouldn't worry about legs being shot etc... It's a fantastic way to condition the body and learn something. Of course, there's no...

    W**ps confirm premiership final

I have no real knowledge on the subject, but I'd imagine the main benefit for Wasps is the fact they finished top 4, and I assume therefore gained qualification to the top European competition next season. I'd expect this would be more significant than whether they won/lost today in the grand...

    Match Thread Blackburn

    - "make changes" - "why don't we make changes" - "fucks sake when are we going to make changes" - "those changes were shit, why did we make them"

Football was best between 95 and 2005

I'm sure some is clouded by nostalgia, but the 90's were unbeatable. That AC Milan side. Supposedly on their last legs, Baresi and Costacurta injured. Went out and demolished Cruyff's Barcelona "dream team" 4-0, absolutely perfect performance. Other teams getting a look-in too.... Red Star...

    Running

Ran the Bedworth Parkrun course this morning and didn't go brilliantly... 19:14 Ok it was wet and windy, but no excuses, when it started to get a little uncomfortable i didn't work hard enough. One thing i've noticed is i do struggle to get into "race mode" when i'm on my own and its not...

    Running

It's hard to give a specific target for anybody, as we usually have no idea on general health, weight, diet, and previous running abilities and training. It sounds like a cop-out, but you can only really know yourself how you feel about a run or a time, and as long as you are progressing then...

    Juggy Chima

I'm not always in agreement with what Juggy says, or even the way he says it.... but the one time i met him (over a pint at Wycombe away), he was friendly and came across like any other fan, in fact i didn't realise it was "Juggy off the radio" until i'd been sat at his table for 20mins and...

    Boddy article

That's a fair point... would have liked to see the disallowed goal again. The half-time discussion can do one as far as i'm concerned... whenever we have a match thread on here and it's on Sky, it's generally people moaning that the pundits are talking out of their arses...

    Boddy article

I enjoyed the Sky coverage last night... no rambling punditry, over-hyped commentary, endless replays and analysis. Just the game, on a screen. The thing is, all football on Sky could be like this, but it's too dangerous for the Sky media-machine... they'd have to admit that they don't...

    Juggy Chima

Yeah he's a muppet. If he is anything above the age of 16 he should be absolutely embarrassed of himself.... Imagine being on an anonymous forum yet still making everyone think you're a tosser.

    Juggy Chima

Well, seeing that you rate him so highly, I assume you formed that view having met him. I think you're a total bellend who slags people off for the sake of it.... But I've never met you, so perhaps I'm wrong.
