We have to open at the Ricoh ?

CCFC is in administration. CCFC has the Golden Licence. Appleton only can decide where we play (open our fixtures). If Appleton allows CCFC to play at Northampton he should remember ACL is a creditor and therefore not show bias by encouraging CCFC to break it's agreement with ACL surely ...

    Appletons'dilema

With CCFC still in Administration it is down to Appleton where we play, not SISU ! However, if Appleton agrees to play at Northampton whilst in administration, is HE also complicit in CCFC breaking it's lease with ACL ? Appleton has a huge decision to make here ! I bet he's going through...

Is the Football League complict too ?

If ACL think NTFC is complict in agreeing to the "groundshare" and can be sued, is the Football League equally complict in allowing this and could they also be sued ?

Lost the battle, but not the War..

I think we have to accept the inevitable that CCFC Ltd will exit administration and Otium handed the Golden Share. So, what's the next plan ? 1. Not One Penny More 2. Don't go to Sixfields then what ? Somehow (and I don't know how) is to get CCFC back at the Ricoh as soon as possible and...

Could a new Company be formed ?

Not sure if there is a comparison, but Rotherham United could not agree to a CVA so a new company was formed and the Football League granted the new company the Golden Share but deducted 17 points. Is this a possibility ? I don't know if this could apply to Sky Blues.

    Paul Appleton

Whilst I am sure Paul Appleton "within the Law" some of his decisions have raised a few eyebrows and might be considered by some, "questionable". Careful how you respond to this if you are going to because of lible.

    A question needing answers

Why did the Administrator recommend Otium as the preferred bidder when records show it is breaking the law in respect of the Companies Act Sections 441 and 451 - a criminal offence and against Football Leage rules ? If the allegations turn out to be fact ie, that Otium, CCFC Ltd, CCFC H Ltd and SBS & L Ltd are in breach of the Companies Act Sections 441 and 451 (I understand a criminal offence) and a breach of Football League rules, did the Administrator mention this in his findings to the appropriate...

Is it still down to the Administrator ?

Being as we are still in Administration and ACL say the club can play at the Ricoh for free whilst in Administration, surely it's up to the Administrator where we play, not Fisher's lot ? If ACL challenge this we could be in Admin for sometime.
