Surely the Golden Share is now with the Football League ?

My understanding is that when a club enters administration the golden share is taken back by the Football League (as it's theirs anyway) and the the Football League decides who to allocate it to ?

The Petition: Will it be presented to Court -- or what happens to it ?

With the paper votes, the votes are now around 9,000 -- this CANNOT be ignored by the Football League or Paul Appleton. What will the Telegraph do with petition ? I want to know !

Petition.. a way to boost number of signatures !

Could someone please put the petition link on the Southampton and Sheff Weds forums asking for their support ? I would put the link myself, but I don't know how to do it. Both Saints and Sheff Wed fans have considerable affinity with the Sky Blues and a friendly towards us and I'm sure loads...

    Football League and Administrator

In have e mailed both the Football League and the Administrator expressing my concerns over SISU's management of Sky Blues saying that in my opinion they were not fit and proper persons to have be involved in the running/management of a Football Club and that it is, in my view, also that of the...

    The Golden Share...

The Golden Share is the licence the Football League issued to Coventry City Football Club Limited. The only question is now is if it is legal to transfer the licence to another Limited Company without the written agreement of the Football League. Surely Mr Appleton could have found out within...

What exactly is the "Golden Share" ?

The Golden Share -- what exactly is it ? A written contract/document ? A letter ? A shareholding ? Must be something in writing so surely not too difficult to find out who owns it .. it must have one parties name on it ? Coventry City Football Club Limited or Coventry City (Holdings)...

    Clever move by SISU

I hate and loath SISU with a passion and wish they would just ferk off. However, SISU's latest move literally wipes of all debts, including the rent on the Ricoh. It all depends on whether or not ACL's legal agreement is with Coventry City FC Ltd or Coventry City (Holdings) Limited. Does anyone...

    Sorry SISU....

Sorry SISU but I no longer believe a word you say ! Until this mess is over, everything you say will be laughed at as another load of bollocks ! Might as well just sit back now, ignore everything you say as complete bollocks and wait for the final outcome. Wriggle as much as you like now...

    In the unlikely event ---

In the unlikely event we beat Colchester and Hartlepool and with many of the top 6 playing each other this week (mid week and Saturday).. there is a slight chance we might find ourselves in the play offs come 5 pm Saturday -- or at the worst 1 point off. Once again Sky Blues must seize this...

Just one question for ACL/Council.. a petition ?

Why won't you agree to a mediator when this seems the fairest way to resolve this ? Maybe we should start a Petition requesting that they do ?

Ticket Sales, Hospitality Sales ? Not possible ?

Banks account frozen, credit card sales (hospitality) would seem impossible, ticket cash sales impossible ? How will the club deal with this ?

CCFC Ltd cannot be run at a loss...

Whoever owns the shares in CCFC Ltd, the company (CCFC Ltd) cannot be run at a loss. Surely ACL/Council have brains to realize this ? I am NOT a lover of SISU, but I can see it's point... SISU is trying to get CCFC Ltd to be able to operate at a profit. This will apply to any owner of the...

    Moderator

Ok .... SISU (for all its faults) has suggested a moderator. Now, if ACL/Council refuse, who is the bad guy ?

ACL Sky Blues- a "back door" take over ?

Not sure how, or if, this would work ACL now has access to all revenue and monies held. Why not transfer all the funds/contracts etc into a new company ie, ACL Sky Blues ? That way, ACL Sky Blues would own half the stadium, have access to all revenues and leave SISU up the creek without a...

How did MK Dons remain in the Football League

Just wondering the scenario when MK Dons bought Wimbledon.. how did they move from South London to Milton Keynes and stay in the Football League. Could CCFC do something similar and move to a new location ? Not sure how it worked or if our situation is the same.

Not many will agree with me, but :-

Now SISU has no chance of buying a half share in the Ricoh, maybe put CCFC into Administration now, enabling someone to come in and "rescue" the Sky Blues and get rid of SISU. I know this would mean another year (at least) in Division One, but maybe in the long term may be best for CCFC.
