Was he though? I think he kissed his arse as much as he does sisu's.
@ WillieStanley...
Don't you think when someone is quoted in the Newspapers, that the Newspaper has to be accurate for fear of libel suits?....
And don't you think if AshbyJan was lying that SISU would have already sued him?...It's not "Rocket Science" m8
Taken from an Interview between "AshbyJan" and "The Observer
"What frustrates is they [Sisu] can suddenly find £10m to try and buy the stadium, but they can't pay the rent on it and they can't buy players," said their spokesman, Jan Mokrzycki. "It's obvious they don't give a monkeys about the club. No one else is going to come in and save us, it's up to the fans to do it ourselves. We might as well get in a position to do it now, rather than be like Portsmouth, scrambling around at the last minute trying to get something done.
NOW! If you still want to call me a liar...You are saying it to AshbyJan who QUOTES what I have said!
Interesting.
If you're a believer of facts, then why do you say that they have said the debts are 60-70m? They have never said that!
If you're a believer of facts, then why do you say they were about to buy half the stadium for £10m - they never said that!
(They said they were in talks with Higgs to buy their shares - which Higgs has confirmed, but they never said at what amount).
You accuse them of lying ... but are you not lying yourself?
If its so appalling change it ,or form you're own set.You were Active over Richardson Torch ,get stuck in,there are times when things need action ,Get down the Council house and protest ,If my 15 yr old duaghter can get 80-100 down there ,it can't be that hard .
Is this a repeat of SBT's thread about what the Sky Blue Trust stands for?! (1) I don't understand the agenda here. Why is a quote from last Sept, when the Trust was only just getting reformed and things surrounding ccfc looked very different, being cited rather than more recent ones from the Trust in the Telegraph which reflect the stance that has been developed. Is this something personal against Jan? Why be so concerned with the Trust when it is ACL and sisu that should be the focus of attention given the current situation? (2) Grendel and Torch - in the what does the Sky Blue Trust stand for thread I ended with the following but don't seem to have a reply -
In response to Torch and Grendel...
Grendel - interesting post. I think what you outline is pretty much where the Trust is trying to get to. But again, let's be realistic about this. All work for the Trust is done on a voluntary basis and being democratic means working things through. A polished set of goals, business plan etc takes time (ACL haven't made a profit net of rent in 7 years and under SISU we have ended up in third tier football - if it takes time for them to get it right then maybe cut the Trust a bit of slack!)
Torch - you refer to being honest and that's a really important point. The Trust is open and transparent. Minutes of meetings are on the Trust website, you can see who is on the Trust Board, membership is open to all. Calling for such transparency by ACL and SISU might be more productive in moving things forward.
And finally, both of you seem to assert repeatedly that the Trust is anti-sisu. This is simply not true. But I adhere to the adage that you learn more by talking to people who disagree with you than with people who just agree so, as I've said previously, you would be very welcome to come to the Trust meeting this Monday, if you would like to be a guest speaker let me know or I'm always more than happy to talk about ccfc over a pint.
I think it's quite well known how I feel about Richardson and I helped pay for, print and distribute thousands of anti-Richardson/Robinson leaflets.
Everyone is missing my point....
I said at a point in time(Approx the time of the rent fiasco starting) SISU claimed to have £10m for a share in the Ricoh.
I was basically called a liar by Godiva....If I'm supposedly "All on my own" by making this statement...How come AshbyJan
made exactly the same statement???....Are we BOTH liars?
You'll never win with the sisu lovers. Sisu could have us playing in the blue square and they'd still claim they were doing a good job.

Sisu employed the various boards didn't they? You know what,i hope sisu get the ground and fuck the club over for good. It's what some of you deserve.

The meetings achieve nothing. 50 blokes in a pub. It's up there with a school play. Plus the squirrel is overpriced for where it's located.
They will need a new meeting place as the squirrel got closed down friday along with the wheel and the millpool. All owned by the same bloke i heard the baliffs went in
Infact youve got what you deserve,a shitty 3rd tier football club. Never mind, your heroes at sisu will get it right eh.
I have to admit, I had not heard of this Sky Blues Trust before the 'blue coffin' incident, so to me, they seem to be primarily an anti-SISU protest group/organisation, with a 'supporterist' veneer. I also think they have come across as unprofessional and unrealistic.
I think if the trust WANTS to be a serious, organised supporter trust, it needs to change it's policies. Simple, if not, I and others can not take them seriously.
I for one think that SISU have been exaggerated to the worst owners we've ever had, but if you look at; their predecessors, the context of the situation, and what Alki Dave said, they haven't been THAT bad.
A lot of people who like to criticise SISU, IMO, wouldn't say the same things had their policies been pursued by another owner, e.g. Hoffman, who (well, Keys), as a matter of fact, said THEY think the rent is too high and if the council didn't give them a better deal, would leave the RICOH.

Hill83,maybe you could start a sisu fan club, you never know you might meet some of your heroes.

I think everyone on this forum, this time last season, were scorning Sisu and posting about them ruining the club. You're judging them on the performance of one out of the three different boards during their tenure. Hardly fair is it?
Hardly fair?!?!?....It means they've had at least 3 attempts to get it right, and failed miserably every time.

Well, none of you have explicit evidence this is true. So yeah, it could be said you are liars.
Jus because 2 people say the same thing, doesn't mean it's right.

Your'e not hill,Your'e just a sisu rent boy. I'm entitled to my opinion on the reptiles we have as owners,so you can piss off if you dont like it,you and your sisu fan club won't gag me.
