I think you are all forgetting some first teamers are self isolating
It literally is a done dealEveryone seems to think this is a done deal but I'd be amazed if robins brings Bright back.
In league One you put up with his bullshit because he's streets ahead of everyone but in championship his ability alone will not be enough to coast by on.
Tbh I had completely ignored this thread as I thought it was just a rumour/speculation
Wasn't until I read it 15 mins ago that I realised that apparently it was a 100% deal.
I'm shocked tbf that robins has had him back
It literally is a done deal
Well yes it isIt's not though is it?
He means use of word literallyWell yes it is
Whereas now he's a wizened old veteran with a beard the size of Rip Van Winkel's?Have to remember he was quite young when he was with us previously.
I think the key is that he may have already signed so its finalised, but it hasn't been announced yet (for reasons unknown) but Sheaf took an age to announce as well.I’ve obviously missed the part that has got everyone so confident the deal has been done? Apologies but to save me scrolling, how do we know this has been finalised?
Can you explain? No offence to the lad on here who reckons he knows a bit more but I'm yet to see anything near to conclusive he's signing and yet a few posters on here claim its a done deal? Can someone explain?
A few posters at the start of last week said that Gyo and Bright were both done but the media was delayed due to a potential covid outbreak at the club. Gyo was then announced on the Friday. The same sources are saying that Bright has been training at Ryton, has been given a squad number, and has now travelled to spain with the squad. Can you explain? I’m not being harsh on Max, his movement off the ball is limited, that cannot be disputed. Walker wasn’t shit, if you think that then you really shouldn’t be on a football forumBit harsh on Max. Considering he played on his own for the majority his movement and ball holding was good but lets bash max where as Walker was pretty shit all season and looked like he couldnt be arsed
Fuck me you’re on a downer todayJesus Christ
You mean you need more proof than some people you don't know, telling you on the internet that he's signed? Don't be daft.

Rumour has it Robins is still trying to get out of that Sheaf dealI’m loving this new trend of just refusing to accept we’ve signed players. First Sheaf, now Bright. I might try it with Moore.

He moved to the UK when he was 15, surely he has British passport now? If not and he needs a visa then it's unlikely he'd get one.Maybe I’m dreaming all or part of this…yes a done deal but not in Spain due to delay in visa. The first part heard on here and other sources. Not sure where I heard (or even if I heard) the latter

Keith recons the two of them will be flat sharing with Folarin Balogun. He's been spotted house hunting with Billy Gilmour
If Bright really has gone with the team to Spain, maybe MR is using the trip to see if his attitude to training and team meetings really has changed.
Seems a lot of expense to fork out and a very elaborate setup just to see if Bright is willing to attend a few meetings

Anyone who knows the game knows that off the ball movement isn’t Max’s strongest attribute. It’s no surprise that when Walker was fit we looked more of a threat as he makes intelligent runs, opening space for the likes of O’Hare to move into. Just because Max runs a lot doesn’t mean it benefits the team more than a striker who makes better runs and can actually finishWho the fuck made you the thought police?
