Postponement would really suit us wouldn’t it.Given the injuries and the upcoming transfer window, I'm ok with this. Big up the storm.

Isn't it the north getting hit the worst?
I know it's forecast windy but not I the scale of what we had a few weeks back.
What's it like getting to Cardiff anyway? May wake up tomorrow and make a decision!

And more time to maybe attempt for another LB before we inevitably have to give Dasilva a game again.Agreed. One less game without Haji and EMC and some rest over the busy period
Don't make me put you on ignore!
Badland had left before Doug arrived. Didnt Robins picked his mate Austin to take over recruitment before Doug King arrived too?Scouting and coaching. We had outperformed any CCFC side in thirty years. There was no sense in ripping it up. Look you’re clearly not here for a sensible conversation just trying to do the mini Grendel thing so I’m not going to engage any more.
How the heck do you know all this stuff ? Do you work at the club? You seem to know team news and ins and outs behind the scenes. It’s remarkable access. Thanks for sharing.I think its more to do with fans travelling. The stadium itself will be fine, but with it being New Years Day etc, that's being taken into account
If nothings announced in the next couple of hours then I assume game on. Just know that there were some discussion taking place today
Weather not looking that bad tomorrow in Cardiff. Cant see it being cancelled even if they close the bridge there are other routes availableI wouldnt be setting off just yet if anyone is there the night before
Potentially in doubt due to tomorrow's storm, games will be cancelled alongside the New Year festivities and racing thats fallen by the wayside
Expect them to make a decision today
His cousin? And onto mute you go. When you’re not trying to be someone else you can be a decent poster.
I thought you were losing your contact in the summer or something? But you’re still bringing insight
I know what Covcity4life is saying. Paxman has normally been a positive poster, but his recent posts have mostly been of a negative nature. He’s obviously posting to his agenda, whereas hopefully most fans, even if they were disappointed at the sacking of Robins, are giving Lampard a chance, and hoping for his success. The immediate improvement agenda was set by hero to many on here, Doug King.
Its his fault people are demanding it.
Fortunately, when comes to football, I think the mans a fucking idiot and have much more realistic expectations
It’s a work day though?Because it's on TV .
Cardiff have worse injury problems than we do so I do not think so.Postponement would really suit us wouldn’t it.
Just thinking it’s a must win really, and to win we need to score a goal which we don’t look like doing without Wright or EMC.Cardiff have worse injury problems than we do so I do not think so.

Think he did, either way they must have a decent relationship as King had him buy his side at the post Robins press conferenceAustin came in while Kings takeover was awaiting EFL approval.
Exactly. It makes sense to anyone without agendaI know what Covcity4life is saying. Paxman has normally been a positive poster, but his recent posts have mostly been of a negative nature. King has quite a devoted little fan club on here. And yes, there are some haters.
But if you're a fan of a football club, and you're looking at it objectively, you don't want the owner making the statements King made regarding the playing side of things, he's not qualified to for a fucking start!
I mean, I'm prepared to cut him some slack. First manager he had to sack, controversial one, lot of kick back, but learn from it in future.

Look at the post your replying to. He says king is a hero to people. It's an agenda. No one wants to be normal anymore
It doesn't matter if king says instant I provrmeng. For a fan to use that as a stick to beat lampard with shows that it's an agenda!
Would be a bit of a shame as we have tickets and probably wouldn't be able to go to a rearranged fixture, have paid for the coach too so would be quite a bit out of pocket.
Yeah so you are arguing for the sake of it. You agree people are unreasonable to lampard to use it against king. There are people on here who will not let any post criticising King go unanswered while trying to make out Robins wasn't all that for us, that's an agenda for you right there.
You're probably borderline that group!
And if a club owner says something and it's not delivered of course people are going to use that against them, that will happen at every club and in any walk of life.
As I said, my only caveat would be time scale, I'm not expecting things to happen overnight
Yeah so you are arguing for the sake of it. You agree people are unreasonable to lampard to use it against king.
That is my only point. I only comment when I disagree with someone and I will give my reasons why. I'm part of no fanclub except ccfc.
And I wouldn't blindly back a manager either. I remember wanting Slade out from get go. I just see potential in lampard that's all.
Not sure how the coach will work mindYou can get your ticket money back if its postponed.

Yeah I agree, I don't think EMC would have had much impact against Millwall, bit I think Wright would have caused them some issues. He's a little more direct, and I think they would just cut the supply to EMC, like they did in large parts Sakamoto.I think we would have struggled to play him in v Millwall. They were so well organised. Okay very defensive but did their job. Their No 6 was superb. Pushed a high line but knew when and how to drop deep as soon as ball was played.
Being an ex centre half I love these battles. Too many fans just want shots and goals rather than good football. So many fans saying it was boring. No it wasn't, it was intriguing tactically, with some great defending by both sides.
Latibeaudiere was flawless and made a couple of passes Sheaf would of been happy to dine out on.
Ok so you call them out whilst I call out the people who are butthurt and letting it affect their posting. But there are people who blindly back King, so I'm not arguing for the sake of it, as far as Im concerned it needs calling out, especially when they try to tarnish a succesful era in the process.
We've had someone try and claim hes the reason our crowds are up, they'll be claiming he scored the winner in the 87 Cup final next!
Sky Blue TavernYeah, don't know about that, you booked on the official?
Would be a bit of a shame as we have tickets and probably wouldn't be able to go to a rearranged fixture, have paid for the coach too so would be quite a bit out of pocket.
I'll wait patiently for your explanation for posting me a turd in response to my post about Rangers then.Yeah so you are arguing for the sake of it. You agree people are unreasonable to lampard to use it against king.

People said the same last year, when he was getting 10/20 minutes..QPR game, started 2 goals, never looked back.Unfortunately it will take a massive shift for Simms to get close to top form. He's so far away at the moment. Although the boost of starting may help.
I know it is not popular, but I would have Thomas-Asante as the front man and Bassette on the left. I think the latter is far more suitable for the wide birth, going by his natural runs and BTA's struggles. No defence is going to be comfortable with those two beavering around. Their keeper will not be overly worried though!
However, with their energy, it will be up to the others to make use of the pieces.
Apart from use from defending set pieces, I would honestly prefer starting Tavares over Simms at the moment.
