Our key stats for the season. Not a million miles away, just need to find a way to shore up the defence and improve/maintain our home form. Someone get Robins on the phone, I've cracked it

Is the Forest green owner new to football as I am sure this thing may have happened once or twice before

Wasn't in much doubt but it's now confirmed that Mowbray is leaving Rovers. Robins up to 7th on the list of longest serving League managers

I belive Mowbray has 1 or 2 matches more than Robins at blackburn with a really slightly worse win ratio .. which when you consider the money they have spent over the last 3 or 4 years , shows the job Robins does here

Not to mention at the beginning of the year the squad were offered millions in bonuses if they went up!

Reckon they could struggle a bit more next year.

Losing Brereton, Van Hecke and Rothwell will certainly be a big blow.

What's probably not being highlighted is that Mowbray has a lot of links in the game, shown by the fact that he's been able to get some fantastic players on loan for them over the past two years. Given they seem to not be spending anywhere near as much as they were pre-pandemic that'll also be a significant loss.

My Huddersfield supporting friend said that their owner took most of the parachute payments to pay off their debts to him.

The money has all gone. The club has had to massively refine its wage bill. It’s an incredible achievement to finish 3rd

I think Forest would have the best chance if they went up as Cooper is a very skilful manager. Hope Luton lose in the semi in the battle of the shithousers.

Huddersfield were a reasonable team - they moved the ball well against us at home

They have a goalie who has had the season of his life and then if they score just lie down like that laughable head injury at our place I like Toffolo though a decent player

Yeah ok so if every team did that with zero ability they’d be finishing 3rd - they are much better than us and that’s that

Luton to spend 90 minutes kicking 10 bells out of Huddersfield (special mention for Lansbury in advance - one awful tackle per game when I've watched him) Quietly confident Huddersfield will turn these over - based on gut feeling alone.
