We soon shut them up and made them chuck their tin foil flags away in disgustMiddlesbrough we’re really loud for the semi last year, but not usually that loud.

Out of contract.McCallum
West Brom have been more solid, Norwich were not 'much better' than us. If Kitching hadn't been sent off, i think we'd have got something at their place, and the points total between us was exaggerated by the effects of our cup run at the end of the season. I'll be surprised if they finish above us next season.Norwich are much better than us, hence why they finished so far ahead of us.
I think they have now finished parachute payments. Relegated teams get something like 50% 1st season, 20% season 2 and an additional 20 in season 3 if they were in the PL for more than either 1 or two consecutive seasons. They were only there for 1 season I think? Could be wrong but the payment I looked up when talking to a fester fan at the start of the season. And they still have another year of parachute payments (albeit reduced)
Ah yes, quite right. I forgot they got relegated straight back down after just 1 season.I think they have now finished parachute payments. If a team gets promoted they do not get the payment for that season apparently.
They don’t, it expires after 2 seasons for them I thought? And they still have another year of parachute payments (albeit reduced)
Yeah, corrected as above. They don’t, it expires after 2 seasons for them I thought?
I believe that’s bang on, so no more money for Norwich via parachute payments.I think they have now finished parachute payments. Their fans are, well some of them, but one comment I’ve seen on the BBC replying to someone saying they go through manager’s quickly was. “Only 3 in 7 years“ like that is an achievement. MR would be daft to go there unless they are willing to pay very big money.Would Norwich be one of the few teams that might interest MR?
No more parachute payments for Norwich, could be a tough rebuild
She’s already shit her pants she’s a pensioner with Starmer to look forward toDelia Smith will be shitting her pants, sell sell sell.
This is going to sound harsh, but I actually really don’t want to re-sign McCallum. Probably a better option than Dasilva, but I think we should be looking at better than that.
100% this - for me, all Sam McC needs to sort out are his defensive positioning at times (having watched Ipswich v Norwich) but he still has youth on his side. i wouldn't be paying big money for that position if we could recruit him. It’s a tricky one because I kind of agree, but realistically we’d need to spend £3-4m at least and McCallum’s available on a free.
Amount of passes, amount of passes in the final third, % of passes in the final third. Unnecessary information, does anybody care?
A polite way to describe AAATBWatching the West Brom V Southampton PO game.If WBA keep playing the passing game at the back they will gift Saints a goal
5 out 11 of Soton staring XI plus Adams and Stuart Armstrong contracts up this summer. Think Southampton are at this level to stay.
I feel for Leeds like I did for us before our P/O final vs Exeter, it’s in the bag.
They don't half faff about a lot don't they. All the way up to the penalty area and then back again.Southampton are the most boring team I’ve ever seen
