Bristol City 1-0 up, and into 6th place as it stands.
Are you giving us a LecterWhat has been said ? Someone is in the shit.At Preston whatever was said to Hanaball.
Teams play differently. Teams that get players in the box have more chances of getting players to get assists. If they pack the box on set pieces those taking the set pieces have a better chance of getting assists.
Quite simple really.
It would be higher if he had someone to pass to.If what you say is true, his xGA would be higher and it’s not. Frankly, his dribbling made an impression on you and I. However, his output whichever way you look at, is lower.
If you rely on xGA why haven't we scored as many goals as they suggest? If what you say is true, his xGA would be higher and it’s not. Frankly, his dribbling made an impression on you and I. However, his output whichever way you look at, is lower.

So what is your subjective argument? That’s not how xA works where he’s a low performer. You’re making a subjective argument that’s not backed up by anything, unfortunately.
TTFT. We have 47 points with 13 games to go so we might be safe by now.Since 2004/05 (20 seasons) the average number of points needed to survive is 45.7. Calling it!
They play their game in hand on TuesdayPreston in 15th go 3 points behind us with a game in hand if they beat us That’s mad
They play in the week home to milwallPreston in 15th go 3 points behind us with a game in hand if they beat us That’s mad
Potentially knocks one of them out of the runningThey play in the week home to milwall
I have just had a look at Blackburn's fixtures - they have an incredibly easy run in from hereon in. Only Sunderland (a) and Sheff Utd a) - last game of the season (which may be irrelevant to Sheff Utd by then). Be absolutely amazed if they are not in the top 6, as the rest of the games look cherry picked for them.

No games are easy at this point. Also most of the league are still playing for something. Probably only 2-3 teams realistically who are neither in danger or going up. By the same logic we have 6 away games left of which 4 are the current bottom 4 in the divisionI have just had a look at Blackburn's fixtures - they have an incredibly easy run in from hereon in. They're 4 points clear of 7th place, and I get what you're saying about all games being tough - but they've got Swansea (dire) Derby and Stoke (dire) away coming up, and if they win 2 of those 3, which I think they will, I'll be surprised if 2 teams below catch them. West Brom (with arguably better players) have a tougher run in imo. Time will tell!Have to disagree with you on their run in. They’re playing a lot of teams like us looking to get into the play offs all the way down to 13th and the rest are all fighting to starve off relegation. Don’t think it is as easy on paper.

Edit: I thought Luton would be in play off contention, so ignore all I've said above![]()

Just got to hope they have a mare appointing a manager.
