There are also measures you can take at work that may or may not work in a pub or similar environment. For example, where I work all those that can WFH are, those of us that can't are on a shortened split shift. After one shift finishes there's a 15 minute gap before the next shift comes in, wipes down desks and door handles and what not and does their shift.

Yeah that's very true. Madrid is similar to London in pop. density though.

Agree and supplies of food medicine etc would have needed to be carefully controlled.
An international world for all its posatives does leave us open to this sort of pandemic. Worryingly we also have a agricultural base that could not sustain the populations food needs.
China has been the source of more than one virus and we need to make it clear to their government that monkeys, rats, lizards and bats are not to be sitting side by side in cages in markets anymore.
