I think there’s a lot of Express spin on the headline. If you watch the footage I think he was basically quoting Boris as a way of asking the question. I wouldn’t say he was savage and Anneliese Dodds reply was very well structured and shot it down. I've heard it had something to do with the care homes, but it's way too quick to be part of the 'back to work' part. With the time lag it *may* be linked to the May Day bank holiday when a few people got silly and didn't maintain the lockdown rules as well as the could.
So end of the month the relaxing will be apparent in the figures and I think it's going to be very unpleasant reading and another thing to add to the case for incompetence of this government.

I wonder what year they plan to bring the quarantine rules in to place?Gje government is now pretending they did not announce an agreement with France that travellers from there would be exempt from quarantine rules.
