How dare youIs that you with one of those hats on at the end?
It's a must turn up early game.Matchday Guide says they are expecting 27,500 which with a small away support is bloody good.
That’s very decent going to be fair. I still remember when 20,000 was considered huge a couple of years agoMatchday Guide says they are expecting 27,500 which with a small away support is bloody good.
Do you mean the crowd or the team? It's a must turn up early game.
If you're in Baku, he means you specifically (better set off now)!Do you mean the crowd or the team?

To think, the 2 seasons in recent season, where there atmosphere was considered the liveliest, were first one post-covid & play off season and, other than the last couple of games, we were hardly anywhere near that. It'll be around 26k
The fact we now consider that poor is brilliant
What’s Torp doneSounds like decision on Haji/Sheaf for bench be made later after training
No Torp
433 for me, Grimes, Allen and Rudoni in middle.
Imagine haji off the bench OooooSounds like decision on Haji/Sheaf for bench be made later after training

Thats what I thought but you can see a little cov badge under the WBA badge for Holgate in the top right of the bottom left quartileNo Thomas
Could end up with EMC, Haji and Sheaf all on the bench tomorrow. Keep it tight first 60 then pinch it in last half an hour
He's lurking beneath Holgate.No Thomas
Yeah fingers crossed. Ready to go back to 4-3-3 now.If Haji is fit for the bench, then I'd say it's perfect for EMC to start and Haji replace him after 60-70 mins.
Maybe we should be the ones fielding a youth team given the forgone conclusion of this fixture."We could play our youth team and still get a result against Coventry. I’m all for resting players for Burnley, this is the perfect fixture to do so. They haven’t beaten us in the league in their last 21 attempts"
PNE fan feeling confident, arguably with good justification really but calling to weaken their side is a bit of a stretch

I was jealous of Norwich signing that Cordoba in the summer looked a real coupe, not going too well by the looks of it.

I think EMC will start.Could end up with EMC, Haji and Sheaf all on the bench tomorrow. Keep it tight first 60 then pinch it in last half an hour
They drew 0-0 with Burnley 6 days ago.Strange attitude isn’t it If they believe they are an outside playoff contender which they seem to then surely beating us would be more worthwhile. They will get fuck all v Burnley whatever they do even if it is their big rivalry.
Surely it isn't true that no game is ever "must win"? There will come a point where if you don't win you won't get enough points to get what you're aiming for, regardless of how badly those teams around you perform. The concept of a game being 'must-win' is a bit like the argument about whether we are 'in a relagation battle'. It's meaningless, just a cliche. We want to win all games and the more we win the better our chances of whatever we're aiming for. Like the relegation battle, everyone is battling to avoid it from match one. Tomorrow is not 'must-win', no game is.
What's had to get your head round is that the first game of the season is as important as all the rest, yet early season games don't seem to be treated with that same importance and urgency...Surely it isn't true that no game is ever "must win"? There will come a point where if you don't win you won't get enough points to get what you're aiming for, regardless of how badly those teams around you perform.
