For the most part they just share news stories. They spun a HS2 story against Starmer recently though and I called them Tories for all and they immediately blocked me. So I think they do lean towards the conservatives.

They are just a news sharing account.

Usually under the main tweet it will have the source/story. Doesn't seem to have it on that tweet though.

Apparently it's just some politics student kid, but he does a good job of it.

Edit: yes as @Skybluefaz alludes to above it is run by a Tory Brexiter, but he seems pretty balanced on the whole.
