You credit them with far too much political nous, forward thinking and cooperation.
If it’s successful and bankrupts him at least he’ll be OK because he knows how to eat for 30p a day.Introduce the death penalty for unsubstantiated accusations of bribery

How many times can Sunak go with the 'I had no clue what was going on' defence before he looks totally incompetent. Trying it again with he Gove situation
He attended a secret meeting to discuss what a failure brexit is and what they can do to fix it where he apparently admitted it was a disaster. What's bollock chops been up to?

Think he tried to distance himself from it originally when the Mail started kicking off about it but has since rowed back claiming that the meeting was about getting the most out of Brexit rather than admitting it’s a failure.I'd heard about that, didn't realise Sunak was unaware.
It wasn’t our fault that the car crashed, we only had our hands on the steering wheel. It’s the fault of the driver in the car a mile down the road that never had their hands on the steering wheel. Jesus Christ, grow up and own what you did
They thought their next guest was going to be easy as well given his surnameClassic fringe politics this. “I would make everything better if I was just given the chance!” … gets the chance and fucks it royally … “Oh I was taken down by shadowy forces and not allowed to do it properly”
See Corbyn, Truss, Brexit.
What's gone on?Krankie resigned

She just getting out the frying pan then before it turns into a fire?Good speech actually
Maybe rightShe just getting out the frying pan then before it turns into a fire?
I just get a feeling that things are starting to turn against the SNP and this is pretty immaculate timing from her.
I would think a combination of all the Salmond drama, losing the right to a second referendum in the courts and then all this transsexual drama with the UK government overturning a Scottish assembly decision has meant that she’s seen the music is about to stop so she’s leaving the dance floor before the silence. Not sure the SNP has another big personality to take her place, I certainly couldn’t name one. Can see the SNP vote dropping off now, especially in a GE. Only question is who is going to benefit from that, mainly labour you would assume but maybe the Lib Dem’s will win a couple of their traditional seats back. What's gone on?
She promised independence in 2023 and Parliament has pretty much made that impossible. So she has an untenable position now.

Never heard of either of them.John Swinnie normally acts as the caretaker when this happens. Sturgeon despite being abhorrent in a lot of respects does still have charisma. I think Mhairi Black would be their best bet.
Never heard of either of them.
I can’t say I pay that much attention to Scottish politics TBF. Although I had heard of Sturgeon before she became the first minister which is probably testament to what a big character in UK not just Scottish politics she’s been over the years. That surprises me

Black has been an MP since 2015 when she was just 20. Has a similar speaking style to Sturgeon and I think will at least make a go for the leadership
Its people like Joanna Cherry who’ve caused this from Westminster surely
I didn’t say Black would win but it’s who I would pick in their position.
