Interesting choice of words in his press release:

“As outlined in my recent press conference, the Club at this moment has no debt owed to me or any other party.

“All future funding of the Club via any loans will also not be interest bearing *whilst I am the Owner.*
I wonder if he’s seen some of the conspiracy theories and negative feedback and warns to be seen to doing the “right” thing. This is all surprisingly news and I’m not sure what to make of it.

it all seems odd. Seppala stating in press conferences how she and Doug will work together. kept still saying 'we' and making statements. And now this. surely they'd have known about this agreement when posting all of this? what has changed?

Delighted that them toilet pans have gone. Just as a side issue, Sisu and Robins seemed to go hand in hand-wonder if the position will be as stable with Doug? 🤔

I think Mark Robins played his real thoughts and cards diplomatically and close to his chest regards sisu and still would if asked, he might have had a quiet drink tonight though.

Robins stayed for the fans not for SISU - I imagine he was close to throwing in the towel many times but saw the potential in us and in the club

I dread to think we we would be if he hadn’t come back, he deserves a job for life if he wants it

Fantastic beginning to the weekend!! They've finally gone!

We're not going to be big spenders but now we have stability and can start a fresh chapter.

Who knows what will happen in the future but today is a good day and worth celebrating.

N that's all we've ever wanted. A team to compete on the pitch, with significant gates to justify our competitiveness.

We have the chance to be the "new Brighton, Brentford etc of the modern game" but let's see where we go.

I just want a club that holds its own, rather than one than gets stripped to the bare bones that leads it down to L2.

It was really positive to hear that any future loans will be interest free and the club is currently free of debt, which provides MR with stability.
However, King is very careful with his words as you would expect from a smart businessman. What he didn’t refer to was potential dividend payments to investors and from MU’s experience with the Glazers that can be significant.

Hes already said that. How true it will turn out to be.

So he's an Ashley stooge!!!
It was all part of the master plan over the past SISU years. Leave at the top of the cycle. They took us on a journey didn’t they. Remember the angst they caused, not the usual football banter was it? Good riddance.

With Sisu gone it’s worth remembering the Sisu apologists on here who spent year after year defending the indefensible and attacking any fans trying to organise any opposition.
The following will always be traitors to the club and city:-
Nick
Grendel
Torchomatic
Chief Dave.
