It's offside, but again it's far too easy.

Turns out playing all your best attackers without any proper structure or shield for our shit defence wasn’t a good idea.

Who could have known.

Is Bellingham going backwards for England?
Not sure that's fair, he's suffered due to playing a number of different roles and people expecting him to be the player he was for the first 6 months at Real Madrid now all the time.

To me at Dortmund he was a box to box midfielder, joined Madrid and played as a false 9 and started amazing, then changed position and didn't score as many goals, now trying to make number 10 role his and I'm not sure it's his best position. Now if he's not scoring at a rate of a goal every two games he's perceived to be poor or going backwards.

I will say I doubt Southgate would have set us up like a fucking teenager sets his team up on football manager , like Lee carsley did tonight

A lot of fans were basically begging us to play a team like this while Southgate was still in charge. Tonight has shown why it would never have worked.

Whoever the manager is they need to realise that Foden and Bellingham simply cannot play together.

The FA are cowards and lazy. Wouldn’t surprise me if they appointment him regardless of how good or bad we are.

I've always loved watching England but with this shitty tournament and our current disjointed team it is becoming a struggle......
